In Simulboni, Parashar reassures Nutan that Jhanak won’t die, urging her to open her eyes and see them. However, Jhanak remains unresponsive, leaving everyone shocked. Nutan anxiously questions why she isn’t speaking.

Meanwhile, in Kolkata, Rishi tells Aditi that he feels responsible for her stress and anxiety, and he wants to make sure she recovers. He admits he wants to overcome his guilt. Putul comforts Aditi, saying that everything will improve with time. Indumati offers to bring food, but Aditi refuses.
Suddenly, Mangal and Veer arrive, introducing themselves. Everyone is shocked to learn they are from Simulboni. Aditi tries to leave, but Rishi stops her and offers to drop her. He scolds the villagers for coming unannounced. Aditi insists on leaving and manages to go. Rishi angrily confronts his family, saying the villagers forced him to marry Jhanak.
Mangal informs Rishi that Jhanak is on her deathbed and that Rishi did not answer Parashar’s calls, which is why they came in person. Rishi dismisses Jhanak, claiming she is nothing to him. Veer warns that Jhanak is in critical condition, murmuring about Mukhiyaji. Dadabhai confirms that Jhanak called him “Mukhiyaji.” Rishi orders Abhimanyu to give money to the villagers and send them away. Mangal refuses the money, insisting they came only to inform about Jhanak. The villagers leave.
Later, Abhimanyu suggests that Dadabhai shouldn’t go see Jhanak, as Rishi would get angry. Indumati and Tanushri agree, stating Aditi won’t like it either. Dadabhai, however, insists that anything could happen to Jhanak, and he must go. Putul offers to accompany him. Neelu tries to dissuade him, arguing it’s none of his concern.
Dadabhai firmly says he will bring Jhanak to the city if she isn’t receiving proper treatment in Simulboni. He criticizes Neelu and others for caring only about Rishi, accusing them of losing their humanity. Surjo instructs Putul to drive, but Dadabhai decides he will travel by bus or train.
Rishi returns and demands to know what is happening. Putul informs him that she is accompanying Dadabhai to see Jhanak. Dadabhai tells Rishi that Jhanak is calling their names even while on her deathbed, and he must see her. Rishi coldly remarks that nothing will change, even if Dadabhai goes.
Precap: Dadabhai introduces himself to Parashar. Parashar reminds him that Rishi has a responsibility towards Jhanak. Dadabhai asks Jhanak to see him. Meanwhile, Arshi remarks that Aniruddh must be thinking about Jhanak after seeing Phool.
