At a lively party filled with alcohol and loud celebrations, Ranjit and Sachin are present among the guests. While everyone pressures Sachin to drink, he firmly refuses, mindful of his promises and the impact his actions could have on his family’s reputation. When persuasion fails, Ranjit shifts tactics and pretends to break down emotionally. He spins a fake tale of hardship, portraying himself as a helpless victim to gain Sachin’s sympathy. Unable to see his childhood friend in distress, Sachin finally gives in and ends up drinking heavily under Ranjit’s influence.
Elsewhere, Akash visits Riya’s studio in an attempt to mend their differences. He brings food as a peace offering, hoping to soften her anger. Initially distant and annoyed, Riya gradually warms up and agrees to talk. During their conversation, she voices her growing concern about Sayali and Sachin’s frequent arguments caused by Ranjit. Riya fears that if Sayali’s suspicions are correct, Sachin could land himself in serious trouble.
Back at the party, the atmosphere changes abruptly when the police arrive. They announce that a criminal is on the run and urge everyone to stay alert. Ranjit panics and hurriedly hides, a reaction that doesn’t go unnoticed by Sachin, who becomes increasingly suspicious of his behaviour.
Later, Sayali opens up to Riya about something deeply troubling her. She shares that she recently saw a bike identical to Akash’s being used during a crime, which has left her unsettled and anxious.
After the party, Sachin confronts Ranjit about his fear when the police showed up. Once again, Ranjit manipulates the situation by narrating another fabricated traumatic incident from his past. Touched by his words, Sachin promises to always support him and help him reform. While Sachin’s concern is genuine, Ranjit secretly mocks him, plotting to exploit his trust for personal gain. He silently resents how Sachin managed to build a respectable life despite hardships.
Meanwhile, Roshni decides to hire a security guard for the family’s safety. The guard who arrives for the interview appears intimidating, making Tejas visibly uncomfortable. However, the guard shocks everyone by demanding a costly special diet as part of his employment terms. To prove his strength, he effortlessly lifts Tejas, leaving him stunned. After discussing it with Roshni, Tejas reluctantly agrees to hire him.
The episode concludes with Sachin returning home drunk, leaving Sayali shocked and hurt. As he tries to justify himself, his emotional outburst exposes his loneliness and confusion. The family grows irritated by his condition, while Renuka feels deeply insulted and decides she will no longer tolerate his reckless behaviour.
