Sachin wakes up in the morning at his friend’s house. One of his friends realizes that his mobile phone is missing and assumes he lost it during last night’s drinking session. Ranjit brings tea for everyone, but the friend notices that Ranjit’s phone looks exactly like the missing one. Ranjit, however, insists that it is his own phone.
Meanwhile, Sayali grows increasingly anxious as Sachin has not returned home all night. She finds his behaviour unusual because he has never stayed out even with old friends. Now, this new friend seems to be influencing him in unexpected ways. While worrying, Sayali receives a call from her mother, Shobha, who sounds upset. Shobha informs her that Dilip came home drunk again and caused trouble, leaving her frustrated.
When Sachin finally arrives home, he faces Sayali’s scolding for his irresponsible behaviour. He feels burdened by the secrets he is keeping and struggles to explain himself. Sayali questions Sachin about his mysterious new friend, who seems to be changing him. Renuka and Roshni overhear their conversation and mock Sayali, adding to her frustration.
Elsewhere, at the restaurant where Akash works, his boss’s daughter Nitu arrives from abroad to take charge of the branch. Nitu is impressed with Akash’s knowledge and dedication and encourages him to work as a team to improve the restaurant’s reputation. At the same time, Riya visits the restaurant to meet Akash and is surprised to see him interacting with Nitu. Nitu is equally surprised to discover that Akash is married.
Anish spends time observing Ranjit but begins to doubt him. Ranjit has not secured a proper job yet wants to spend money unnecessarily, which raises suspicion in Anish.
Roshni learns that Sayali lives in the same society as Shikha, Supriya, and Krish. Concerned for their safety and convenience, she immediately decides to move them to another flat.
Later, Ranjit tells Sachin that he has finally secured a delivery job but needs a bike to commute. Sachin is touched by Ranjit’s honesty and promises to arrange a bike for him. Anish is surprised at how much Sachin is willing to sacrifice for his childhood friend.
At night, Akash receives a call from Nitu and is startled to see her name flashing on his phone. Riya becomes irritated and asks him to step outside if he wants privacy. She then goes to Sayali’s room to talk, noticing that Sayali is tense because Sachin still hasn’t returned home.
Paresh wonders why Sachin hasn’t been around much lately. Renuka mocks him, saying Sachin has probably found a new friend and forgotten his family. Just then, Sachin arrives for breakfast. Paresh asks if he had fought with Sayali again, but Sachin clarifies that he was simply spending time with an old childhood friend. He requests everyone’s help in resolving issues with Sayali.
Sachin goes to the kitchen, where Sayali is busy cooking. He apologizes sincerely for hurting her feelings. Sayali remains upset at first, but Sachin’s persistent attempts to make her smile finally get a laugh out of her. Renuka observes their interactions, annoyed by their constant fights and quick reconciliations.
Later, Roshni goes to the storeroom after hearing strange noises and picks up a rod, suspecting a thief. She is shocked to see Tejas hiding there, looking miserable. Tejas explains that he broke Guruji’s rules by secretly eating vada pav, was caught red-handed, and thrown out. With nowhere else to go, he started living in the storeroom of his own showroom. He also admits feeling tense due to a threatening letter he recently received.
Meanwhile, Sachin decides to buy a bike for Ranjit using the family’s savings. Sayali strongly disagrees, insisting the money is meant for their future. Though she admires Sachin’s kind heart, she struggles to understand why he cares so deeply for Ranjit. When she questions him, Sachin grows angry, insisting he doesn’t care even if Ranjit doesn’t return the money, reminding Sayali that he has always stood by her in tough times. Shocked, Sayali confronts him, leading to a heated argument over Ranjit’s true character.
Paresh intervenes to calm Sachin down. Later, Paresh confides in his friend about Sachin’s growing obsession with Ranjit. He worries that Ranjit, who encourages Sachin to drink daily, is negatively influencing him. Paresh advises Sachin to maintain distance, but Sachin remains determined. Sayali later questions Paresh about Ranjit’s truth, but Paresh stays silent, despite knowing more than he reveals.
Meanwhile, Riya visits her husband Akash at his restaurant to discuss Sachin’s situation, but Akash is too busy attending to his new boss Nitu. Frustrated, Riya leaves in anger.
Towards the end, Sachin manages to arrange a bike for Ranjit, who appears grateful and assures him of loyalty. However, Sayali soon sees Ranjit stealing a gold chain from a passerby. She realizes that Ranjit has been deceiving Sachin all along, hiding his true intentions behind a façade of innocence.
