Katha hides her tears from Mohan, who urges her to take rest. Naina brings kada for Katha. Katha decides to prepare breakfast for Mohan, but due to weakness, she is unable to stand. Both Mohan and Naina advise her to rest. Naina then tells them that she has prepared breakfast for Mohan, who accepts it and leaves. Katha hopes for their reunion.
Naina questions Katha about her behavior and her health. Just then, Prerna arrives, expressing concern for Katha. She also questions Katha about slapping UV. Naina is shocked and questions Katha further, but Katha remains silent. Prerna saves Katha by lying to Naina, making her believe Katha is innocent. Convinced, Naina leaves, and Katha thanks Prerna for protecting her.
Katha notices Prerna’s hairstyle and bracelet. Prerna recalls Tammy giving her the bracelet, suggesting someone like her should attend the party. Katha warns Prerna not to attend, but Prerna refuses to listen and excitedly tells Naina about the party. Katha grows worried for Prerna’s safety.
At the college, UV and his cousins and friends enjoy dancing at the party. Prerna requests a selfie with UV, which Tammy fulfills. UV tells Tammy not to let anyone disrupt the party. Tammy instructs Prerna to attend the mask party in the evening without informing Katha. Prerna agrees. Tammy also instructs two men to execute their plan involving Prerna, and they comply. Sandy confronts Tammy, but she convinces him with lies. UV then instructs his cousins and friends not to mention Katha (“ghobar devi”) for a day, and they agree.
In the evening, Mohan brings sweet boxes home and shares his plan with Vandana. Vandana reminds him about Katha’s strict rules. Hearing Katha’s voice, they hide the sweet boxes and convince her to allow them to have sweets for a day, citing city-wide celebrations. Katha agrees but is shocked to realize that Mohan and Vandana had already brought the sweet boxes home. She then goes to fetch Naina.
Meanwhile, Naina firmly tells Tejas over the phone that she will not return home, fearing he might harm her again. Katha notices Naina’s fear and asks her why she is scared, but Naina distracts her and leaves. Later, Prerna’s mother calls Katha, asking her to find Prerna, who isn’t answering her calls. Katha realizes Prerna has gone to attend the party and informs her family before rushing there.
At the party, UV, his cousins, and friends continue enjoying themselves. Tammy’s men spike Prerna’s drink, and when she feels dizzy, they take her away. Katha arrives at the party and starts searching for Prerna.
Precap: Katha and UV get into a heated argument. Katha sends UV to prison, and UV vows not to spare her.
