The episode begins with UV scolding Katha for running in front of a car. Katha questions why UV is holding her, and UV vents his frustration, reminding her that instead of thanking him for risking his life, she blames him. He also brings up her earlier behavior toward him. Katha demands that UV stop pretending in front of her and shouts at him for mocking her emotions. UV reiterates everything that happened previously and tells her to leave, while Katha insists he stay away from her. Suddenly, Katha falls unconscious, leaving UV shocked.
Meanwhile, Vandana expresses her worry to Mohan about Katha, who has not returned home. Naina tries to comfort Vandana, but Vandana taunts her, hurting Naina’s feelings. A man also criticizes Katha, prompting Naina to firmly defend her, stating that Katha would never run away. Both Vandana and Mohan are saddened by the situation.
Realizing that Katha has a high fever, UV decides to take her with him in his car, despite her refusal. He scolds her for being stubborn and tells her that he will not allow her to ruin his café’s reputation, which he opened in his mother’s name. Katha demands to be dropped on the road, but UV refuses. Meanwhile, Mohan and Vandana decide to go to the police station to file a missing complaint. At a traffic signal, Katha spots Mohan, exits UV’s car, and reunites with him. Relieved, Mohan and Vandana take Katha home, and UV decides not to assist further.
Later, Katha murmurs about feeling betrayed by UV, confusing Mohan and Naina. Naina wonders if Katha has experienced betrayal like herself but reassures herself that Katha is different and promises Mohan she will take care of her. Mohan feels upset for failing to communicate with Naina after her return but also holds Naina responsible. He leaves, while Naina tells the unconscious Katha that she knows Katha will confide only in her diary.
The next day, UV remains upset over Katha’s insulting words. His cousin arrives and advises him to stop giving importance to “ghobar devi.” They lift UV’s spirits by reminding him about the dessert fest in Jaisalmer, motivating him to participate. Meanwhile, Eshwar mocks UV as he and his cousins go outside. Vinith tells Eshwar to stop provoking UV, warning that UV might insult him. Eshwar claims he is not afraid of UV, leading to an argument between them when Eshwar criticizes Pratty. Shikha brings Rukhmani, who calms both parties and convinces Eshwar to host a function at their house. She also makes UV agree to prepare a dessert for the event, though UV and Eshwar argue again over the criticism. Eventually, UV decides not to participate and leaves.
Meanwhile, Tammy is determined to teach Katha a lesson for slapping UV, but Sandy advises her not to act without UV’s consent. Tammy ignores him. Meanwhile, Katha, writing in her diary, reflects on trusting a man by mistake and vows never to make the same mistake again.
