UV fumes at Katha for spilling cow dung on him. He vows not to spare her. Tammy arrives with UV’s siblings, but instead of supporting him, they tease him and insist he change his clothes. This only increases UV’s frustration.
Meanwhile, Rukhmani asks her daughter-in-law to sing and start the puja rituals. The latter hesitates and suggests playing a recorded song because she has a sore throat, which irritates Eshwar. Wanting to help, Katha steps forward and sings a devotional song so that the fasting women can end their fast. Everyone is pleased with her performance. UV and his siblings witness Katha singing; UV immediately walks off, saying he cannot bear to see her.
Eshwar praises Mohan for bringing Katha, but also complains that his own grandchildren lack the sincerity that Katha shows.
Later, Katha is shocked by the preparation of the prasad. She notices UV talking on the phone and mistakenly assumes he is neglecting his responsibility. Determined to expose him, she decides to tell Eshwar that UV is irresponsible. Unaware of her misunderstanding, UV is busy telling someone on the call to remove the cow dung smell and stain from his shirt at any cost.
Katha confronts UV and scolds him. Confused, UV argues back and walks away. At the same time, Eshwar vents to his friends about his grandchildren and again praises Katha. His friends advise him to be more understanding, but Eshwar dismisses their suggestion. Katha arrives and complains that UV misuses his time vlogging at college under the pretext of cooking. She leaves, and Eshwar becomes furious.
Eshwar instructs Harshvardan to gather the entire family. Once everyone is assembled, he questions UV about his work. Realizing that Katha informed Eshwar, UV becomes upset but calmly explains his profession. He tells Eshwar that he is trying to help him understand the new generation.
However, Eshwar orders UV to shut down his company and join the family business. UV firmly refuses and bluntly reminds Eshwar that being the head of the family does not give him the right to control his life. Enraged, Eshwar directs harsh words toward UV’s mother. Everyone is shocked, and UV is deeply hurt. He expresses his disappointment in both Eshwar and Harshvardan, then storms out. Pari tries to follow him, but the others stop her. Sensing an opportunity, Ambika attempts to provoke Eshwar further, leading UV’s aunt to question her motives.
Elsewhere, UV breaks down remembering his mother. He recalls Eshwar burning Sheetal’s belongings and forbidding the family from mentioning her. UV vows to prove that his mother was innocent and promises to bring her back one day. He also asks the family to help him stand firm in his decisions.
At Katha’s house, Mohan complains to his wife that Katha didn’t let him eat properly at the Jindal house. Katha defends herself and complains about UV’s behaviour. Mohan’s daughter arrives, and Katha takes her inside. She then tearfully reminds her uncle and aunt that she is still their daughter. They become emotional. Katha, still upset, says her cousin’s husband wronged her and insists that this is why no woman should trust a man.
Precap:
