Hasmuk pleads with Anupama to return home. Anupama expresses that she doesn’t want to come back. Hasmuk asks her the reason for her hesitation, and Paritosh also requests her to return. Anupama wonders why God has brought her back to the Shahs, moving forward cautiously. Her inner voice reminds her that she is back at square one.
Hasmuk, Ansh, Prarthana, Kinjal, and Paritosh warmly welcome Anupama. Ansh decides to celebrate her return with a dance performance. Preet and Ansh introduce themselves to each other. Ansh thanks Preet for supporting Anupama, while Preet warns him not to hurt her again. She adds that they are staying back to support Anupama, as even her own family disrespects her.
Rita suggests staying in a hotel, but Sarita insists they can adjust at home for a few days. Deepa doubts whether Anupama will truly stay with her family. Bharti reassures everyone that they are Anupama’s family and will take care of her. Sarita emphasizes that nothing matters more than blood ties.
The Kotharis learn about Anupama staying with the Shahs. Pari informs them that Hasmuk insisted on her return. Khyati accuses Anupama of deliberately coming back, while Vasundhara expresses her opposition. Mahi claims that Anupama is planning revenge. Prem supports Anupama, hoping she will facilitate Ansh and Prarthana’s marriage.
Rahi fears that Anupama has returned to take everything from her. She worries that if Prem goes to meet Anupama, any interference will lead to conflict. Parag assures the Kotharis not to worry, saying Anupama should stay away from their house and he will manage the situation. Prem is left shocked.
Hasmuk, Ansh, and Paritosh urge Anupama to perform the puja. Anupama completes the ritual and breaks down emotionally. Paritosh praises her, and Leela blesses Anupama, leaving her surprised.
Meanwhile, Rahi panics, fearing that Anupama will overshadow her. Prem observes that the Kotharis’ pressure has caused Rahi to experience panic attacks. He worries that with Anupama back, Rahi is drifting away from him and consoles her.
Anupama feels a sense of unfamiliarity in her own home. Ansh meets her again, and Anupama asks Prarthana about staying with the Shahs. Sarita, Deepa, Preet, Bharti, and Rita share with Hasmuk their decision to stay with Anupama. Hasmuk decides to call Manohar as well.
Prem advises Rahi to ignore Anupama. Rahi worries that the Kotharis will blame Anupama for Ansh and Prarthana’s marriage. Prem asks if she is happy for the couple. Rahi admits that she is, but fears Anupama will be held responsible. Prem reassures her that Ansh and Prarthana are adults and no one can prevent their marriage.
Anupama asks Ansh and Prem if there is anything more they need to tell her.
