Indu remembers Satish’s harsh words as she struggles to light the diya. With folded hands, she prays for guidance to repay the money she owes him. After lighting the lamp, she feels momentary relief. Soon, Ritesh arrives and greets her warmly. Surprised by his presence, Indu asks why he has come. Ritesh explains that he wanted to see Zoon and checks on her health. Indu informs him that Zoon is recovering but still feels weak.
As Indu prepares to leave for the hospital, she tries to remove the towel wrapped around her head but gets stuck, leaving her flustered. Noticing her struggle, Ritesh steps in and gently helps her free her hair. Grateful, Indu thanks him and heads inside to get ready.
Meanwhile, Sameer questions Vivaan about his faith in Kaamna, expressing disbelief at her recent actions. Vivaan admits he is equally shocked. Sameer wishes Pankaj were present to witness everything. At that moment, Kaamna walks in and taunts Sameer, asking how he would react if Pankaj were truly here. Sameer lashes out, accusing her of betraying her own promises and mocking her desire for revenge against Ritesh. In a sudden outburst, Kaamna slaps Sameer, leaving both him and Vivaan stunned.
Regaining control, Kaamna declares that Sameer and his father are fools. She reveals that her recent behavior was a calculated performance meant to regain Ritesh’s trust. According to her, only the person closest to Ritesh can truly rule the household. She boasts about the sacrifices she made to earn the position of “Kaamna Di” in Ritesh’s life and swears she will not lose it at any cost. Vivaan reminds Sameer that he had warned him—Kaamna is not easy to read.
Kaamna further shocks them by admitting that they were never in the house out of loyalty or concern for Ritesh after his father’s death. Instead, she claims they stayed to enjoy a luxurious lifestyle. She confesses that she deliberately kept women away from Ritesh, fearing they would replace her as his priority and threaten her comfort.
Her blunt confession leaves Sameer and Vivaan speechless. Kaamna admits that while she once loved Ritesh, she loved his wealth just as much. She adds that his behavior toward Pankaj, whom she truly cares about, pushed her beyond her limits. Determined to teach Ritesh a lesson, she declares that Indu and Zoon must be separated from him. She orders Sameer to assist her in this plan. Impressed by her ruthlessness, Sameer agrees to support her. Kaamna coldly vows that Ritesh, Indu, and Zoon will suffer the most.
At Raina’s house, Sunita brings Zoon out of her room. Seeing Ritesh, Zoon brightens up and runs to him. Ritesh checks on her health as they chat lovingly. Sunita offers to serve tea, but Indu declines, explaining that she must take Zoon to the hospital. Suddenly, the doorbell rings. Indu opens the door to find Kaamna standing outside, shocking everyone inside. Terrified, Zoon hides behind Ritesh.
Sensing her fear, Ritesh reassures Zoon that he is there to protect her. Kaamna politely asks Indu if she may come inside. Indu looks at Ritesh, who nods in agreement. Once inside, Kaamna moves toward Zoon, but the child quickly leaves Ritesh’s side and clings to Indu instead.
With feigned remorse, Kaamna apologizes for her earlier behavior and claims she felt guilty after learning about Zoon’s health. She insists she does not know how to behave with children and asks permission to speak with Zoon. Though hesitant, Indu encourages Zoon, assuring her that everyone is with her. Kaamna kneels and begs forgiveness, offering a gift. Zoon refuses to accept it.
Ritesh gently explains that Kaamna regrets her actions. Zoon firmly states she does not wish to talk to her. Respecting her choice, Ritesh tells her she can speak when she feels ready. Hiding her frustration, Kaamna hands the gift to Sunita instead. Ritesh thanks her for coming, and Kaamna leaves, silently praising herself for her performance.
As Indu prepares to arrange transport, Ritesh insists on driving them to the hospital. Zoon happily demands that Ritesh accompany them. Though Indu hesitates, Sunita intervenes, suggesting it is safer due to the weather. Reluctantly, Indu agrees. Holding both Indu’s and Ritesh’s hands, Zoon leads them out. Watching them leave, Sunita reflects that perhaps this is the family Indu truly deserves.
Precap: Satish shocks Indu by demanding three lakhs instead of one. Later, Satish begs Kaamna and Sameer to spare him, claiming he has already done what they asked. Kaamna coldly informs him that one task still remains. Meanwhile, Rajender opens the door to find Satish and his men entering the house, leaving him alarmed as they refuse to leave.
