Shashwat introduces Ishani to his business partners. Anurag enters the house. Pihu is surprised to see him and asks whether Ishani invited him. Anurag replies that Shashwat and Nandini invited him. Pihu expresses her happiness to see him. Shashwat asks where Ishani is. Pihu replies that Ishani was with Shashwat. Anurag sees Ishani, and Pihu brings him to her. Shashwat says he is happy Anurag came because he had been waiting, and asks Ishani to talk to him. Anurag says he has nothing to discuss regarding studies.
The priest instructs Yash and Ankita to take pheras. The couple begins the rituals, with Anurag watching Ishani. Yash applies vermillion on Ankita’s forehead. After the rituals, Shashwat asks Ishani to sing a song. She hesitates, but Shashwat encourages her, offering to sing along. Anurag tells her she should sing since she has Shashwat’s support.

Ishani begins singing, followed by Shashwat. The guests applaud. A professor praises Anurag, and Shashwat asks him to sing a duet with Ishani. Anurag hesitates, citing it’s a family event, but Shashwat insists everyone wants him to sing. Pihu convinces Ishani, and she agrees, saying she wouldn’t miss the chance to sing with Anurag.
Anurag and Ishani sing together, and the audience applauds their performance. Nandini praises them, then shifts to discussing Anurag’s molestation case. She hints that Shashwat will reveal why Ishani withdrew her complaint against Anurag.
Shashwat explains that he became possessive of Ishani, misunderstood Anurag, and filed a complaint against him. He apologizes to Anurag, noting that he hadn’t told Ishani yet. He clarifies that Ishani didn’t attend college during Yash’s wedding preparations, so Anurag sent her notes to help her. Anurag wonders if Shashwat read his letter. Shashwat confirms there was a letter in the notes, which Nandini discovered and gave to him. Ishani is confused. Shashwat reads Anurag’s letter aloud, shocking everyone.
Pihu looks at Anurag in disbelief. Shashwat asks if Anurag wants to respond. He tells the principal that now she should understand why Ishani withdrew the complaint, she did it to protect the family’s reputation.
Precap: Ishani tells Shashwat she will leave him and his house after completing her degree. Nandini wonders if Ishani will marry Anurag. Pihu expresses disbelief that Ishani would risk her life for this.
