Putul agrees to bring Jhanak’s Kuldevta and leaves. Jhanak feels she disrespected her Kuldevta by leaving it alone at Rishi’s home. After some time, Putul returns with the Kuldevta and gives it to Jhanak. Jhanak goes to the hospital temple and performs pooja, praying to Kuldevta to save Dadabhai.

Meanwhile, a nurse informs Rishi’s family that Dadabhai needs O negative blood, which is unavailable in any blood banks. Aniruddh and Rishi’s family try to arrange it but fail. Rishi says O negative is a rare blood group. The doctor asks if the blood has been arranged, and Rishi replies they could not arrange it.
The doctor emphasizes they need O negative blood within an hour. Abhimanyu says their blood groups don’t match. Aditi asks about the operation. Neelu explains the need for O negative. Aditi confirms her blood group is not O negative. The doctor stresses urgency. Putul and Jhanak arrive. Rishi tells Putul that Dadabhai needs O negative blood.
Aniruddh asks Jhanak when she arrived. Aditi explains Jhanak came yesterday to see Dadabhai and stayed. The doctor says Dadabhai can’t be saved without the blood. Jhanak volunteers, revealing her blood group is O negative. Rishi objects, insisting she isn’t family and can arrange blood elsewhere. Aditi doubts her too. Jhanak affirms she is certain of her blood group. Rishi threatens her to leave if it doesn’t match. The senior doctor intervenes and takes Jhanak for donation without testing her blood first.
Later, Rishi tells Surjeet they are unsure if Jhanak’s blood group is truly O negative. Aditi remarks that if it is, she will acknowledge Jhanak’s help. Surjeet says the only thing that matters is if Dadabhai gets saved.
Putul and Jhanak hear this. Putul promises never to forget Jhanak’s help. Jhanak expresses joy in saving Dadabhai. She praises Nutan, listing all the good deeds she did for Simulboni. Jhanak vows to become like her mother and complete her studies to achieve her dream. She reassures Putul that she will never come between Aditi and Rishi.
Later, Rishi admits he is scared. Aniruddh tells him to relax. Indumati says problems began when Jhanak entered their lives. Aditi states that if Jhanak helped, she will acknowledge it. Rishi asserts he values Aditi, not Jhanak. Aditi remarks that if Jhanak had fought for her rights as Rishi’s wife, they couldn’t have done anything.
