An emotional conversation takes place between Naina and Katha. Naina gently reminds her sister that Uday stood by them during their toughest phase, especially when he helped clear the debt left behind by Katha’s father. She feels it is only fair for Katha to acknowledge Uday’s efforts and show some gratitude. However, Katha remains firm. She believes Uday’s actions, though seemingly generous, are driven by hidden motives. Despite Naina’s repeated requests, Katha refuses to soften her stance, creating an unspoken tension between the sisters.

At the Jindal house, Rukmini asks Katha whether the breakfast preparations are complete. As the family gathers at the dining table, Tamanna deliberately drops a shocking revelation. She announces that it was Uday who paid off the loan taken by Katha’s uncle. The revelation unsettles everyone. Tamanna openly accuses Katha of marrying into the family for her own benefit. Ambika joins her and scolds Katha for hiding such an important truth. Rukmini tries to defend Katha and calm the situation, but Badi Dadi harshly criticises her. She labels Katha as selfish and manipulative, accusing her of using the family for personal gain.
Deeply hurt, Katha feels humiliated and betrayed. She assumes Uday revealed the truth himself and believes he wanted the family to know. Determined to clear her name, she vows to repay the entire amount within a short time. Tamanna further fuels the situation by warning the family not to trust Katha. Struggling to hold on to her dignity, Katha apologises to Uday and then retreats to her room in tears. Watching her break down, Uday feels guilty and helpless. Naina is also disappointed, feeling that Uday’s silence and lack of sensitivity were unfair toward her sister.
The following day, Katha meets a stranger who tastes her herbal tea and praises its unique flavour. He expresses interest in buying it in bulk, hinting at a promising business opportunity. Unknown to Katha, the man has been sent by Uday. Instead of helping her directly with money, Uday chooses this indirect path to restore Katha’s confidence and self-respect.
Later, Katha and Naina visit the temple to perform a ritual. Trouble arises when Tejas misbehaves and drags Naina in an inappropriate manner. Katha is enraged by his actions. Acting on instinct, she picks up a burning stick and confronts Tejas. Her fierce reaction shocks him as she scolds him for his vile behaviour and warns him never to cross boundaries again.
