Putul gives money to Jhanak and tells her to use it for her exams. Jhanak says she does not need money. Dadabhai tells Jhanak to use the money to take care of herself. Parashar says they will take care of Jhanak. Jhanak refuses to accept the money. Dadabhai gets angry and leaves with Putul. Jhanak follows them. Nutan tells Parashar that Jhanak should have accepted the money because it was given with love. Mangal says he is happy to see this and adds that Rishi is an angry young man, but his family is good. Parashar says Rishi will fall in love with Jhanak one day.

Jhanak asks Putul to give the money. She convinces Dadabhai. Dadabhai tells her that she cannot refuse him for anything else, or their relationship will end. Jhanak tells him that she feels a fatherly bond with him and says he must have been her father in a past life. She says Dadabhai will always be her Mukhiyaji and hugs him. Dadabhai says he does not want to leave her. Jhanak asks where she will stay if she goes with him.
Dadabhai tells her that she can stay in his house as a family member. Jhanak replies that she is not his family member and says she must think about Rishi’s feelings too. She asks Putul to take Dadabhai home safely. Dadabhai tells her that he has booked a car for her. He says he is sure Jhanak will achieve something great in her career and hopes he lives long enough to see it. He leaves with Putul.
Later, Jhanak reaches Simulboni. A villager says she heard that Rishi did not come to see Jhanak. Jhanak replies that she already explained Rishi is busy. Sakhi says Jhanak’s in-laws came and took good care of her. Parashar asks Jhanak to go inside and rest.
On the other side, Dadabhai and Putul return home. Rishi says his family wants to ruin his life. He asks why they went to Simulboni. He says he wanted to leave the house because he was deeply hurt. Dadabhai tells Rishi that he can leave if he wants to. Tanushri questions how Dadabhai can tell Rishi to leave the house because of Jhanak. Dadabhai says he never said that. Putul asks everyone to stop questioning Dadabhai and let him rest.
Rishi requests Dadabhai not to go to Simulboni again. Dadabhai replies that he cannot face the villagers anymore, so he cannot go even if he wants to. He adds that everyone questioned why Jhanak’s husband did not come to see her. Rishi tells him that he is not Jhanak’s husband. He says he was ready to give money and wants Jhanak’s chapter to end in his life. Dadabhai tells Rishi that money is not everything and that Jhanak is not interested in his money. Putul asks Dadabhai to calm down. She tells Rishi that Jhanak did not say anything against him to the villagers. Dadabhai reveals how Jhanak always defended Rishi. Rishi says Jhanak is portraying it as if he accepted her as his wife and calls her very smart.
Meanwhile, Kanka says Rishi would have come if he truly loved Jhanak. She asks Jhanak to reveal what she is hiding. She questions whether Rishi has still not accepted Jhanak. She mockingly says Rishi must have declared that the marriage has no value and laughs.
Precap: Rishi informs Aditi about Dadabhai’s heart attack. Jhanak reaches the hospital. Rishi sees her and thinks Aditi should not see Jhanak.
