Noyontara is taken aback when Surjo forcibly removes her veil. Frustrated, Surjo scolds her for speaking nonsense and announces he will take Noyontara to Lalita, so that his mother can hear Noyontara’s alleged lies firsthand. Ashalata brings Poulomi along, who questions Noyontara about why she left her room despite instructions not to. Noyontara explains she was covering her face with a veil. Surjo drags her along, warning that he doesn’t trust her and fears she might run away. During the scuffle, a letter slips from Noyontara’s hand without her noticing.
Arriving at Lalita’s room, Noyontara is shocked to see her there. Lalita chastises Surjo for bringing Noyontara and claims the situation is inauspicious. Surjo defends Noyontara, informing his mother that she is trying to expose the truth about Shaoli, asserting that Shaoli wants to harm him. Lalita questions why Noyontara disrupted the Kaalratri ritual.
Meanwhile, Ashalata informs Poulomi that Noyontara is unlucky and instructs her to prepare to expel Noyontara from the house. Upon discovering the letter, Poulomi realizes it was not written by Surjo, suspecting that someone is plotting against Noyontara. She resolves to uncover the truth behind it.
Elsewhere, Mala warns Lalita that Noyontara could ruin Surjo’s life, and Mohor agrees, expressing confusion over why Lalita would act against her own son. Maya insists that Lalita’s decisions are final. However, Lalita tells Surjo that she cannot expel Noyontara because she is officially the daughter-in-law. She promises that she will ensure Noyontara earns her place as Surjo’s wife. She declares herself Noyontara’s mother from that day forward and vows to guide her. Frustrated, Surjo leaves, while Poulomi notices Noyontara’s fear. Soon, only Lalita and Noyontara remain.
Surjo speaks to Shaoli’s photo, while Sashodhar advises him to accept her death and move on. Surjo refuses to do so. Lalita mocks Noyontara, claiming no one will believe her if she insists she is not the real Lalita. She instructs Noyontara to focus on finding the hidden treasure. Everyone is shocked, and Mala remarks that the situation has shifted from conflict to a surprising moment of closeness, noting that Noyontara is clearly no ordinary girl. Lalita smirks at the unfolding events. Surjo tends to Noyontara’s injury, and she quietly hopes that he will eventually understand her intentions.
Precap: Noyontara reflects that Shaoli is fortunate because Surjo still loved her. Shaoli appears and accuses Surjo of killing her. Noyontara questions why Shaoli arrived before the seven days she had requested to prove Surjo’s innocence.
