Poulomi confronts Lalita about the mysterious letter. She reveals that Noyontara believes Shaoli’s spirit wants Surjo dead, assuming he was responsible for her murder. Poulomi also discloses that Shaoli’s spirit has given Noyontara seven days to prove Surjo’s innocence. Hearing this, Lalita silently realizes that she herself is the real reason behind Shaoli’s fate.
In the kitchen, Noyontara begins preparing food. Hashiram questions why she is working instead of resting and insists on helping her. His clumsy assistance creates chaos, frustrating Noyontara, who warns him not to make things worse. Hashiram, unfazed, jokingly claims he should have been a chef and continues working.
Worried that everyone will judge her abilities based on the messy kitchen, Noyontara feels anxious. Poulomi enters and surprisingly praises the kitchen for being well managed. Hashiram leaves, and Poulomi quietly helps Noyontara restore order.

Noyontara calmly replies that spirits cannot expose the truth on their own. Lalita challenges her authority, asking how she plans to succeed without being a police officer. Noyontara boldly responds that if she can identify Surjo’s fake mother, she can uncover the truth behind Shaoli’s death as well. Lalita reacts with visible anger.
