Katha firmly tells Mr. Agarwal that she must help Tammy, warning that ignoring the situation could lead to regret. Trusting her intentions, Mr. Agarwal allows her to prepare a home remedy before stepping away. Determined, Katha vows to teach Tammy a lesson and sternly warns her for troubling her grandfather.
Soon, Katha returns with neem juice and asks UV to let her give it to Tammy. UV refuses and argues with her, but Mr. Agarwal intervenes, insisting that UV trust Katha. Even UV’s cousins support her request. Reluctantly, UV allows it. Katha forcefully makes Tammy drink the bitter neem juice. Tammy starts coughing and lashes out at Katha, even questioning Mr. Agarwal’s decision. Sandy and UV grow suspicious when Tammy reveals she already knew about her grandfather’s choice. Unable to justify herself properly, Tammy offers weak excuses. Katha and Tammy exchange cold, intense stares.
Ambika learns about the incident from Omi. Though annoyed with her children, she decides to manipulate Tammy, planning to train her into creating chaos that would push Katha out of UV’s life. Meanwhile, Mr. Agarwal apologises to Katha and UV for the disturbance. UV curtly dismisses the matter and walks away. Later, Katha overhears Pari and Ash discussing Tammy’s feelings for UV. Deeply hurt, Katha reminds herself not to expect love or hope from this marriage.
The following day, Katha pours her heart out to her mother’s photograph. Vandana and Naina join her, and Katha asks permission to take her mother’s photo with her after marriage. Vandana agrees, while Naina promises to carry it herself. Katha hands over herbal remedies for the family and asks Naina to take care of Vandana, Mohan, and herself. She then asks about Mohan, learning that he is too emotional to attend the vidaai comfortably. Nearby, Mohan silently wipes his tears and asks Prerna to serve juice to the guests.
Meanwhile, UV complains to Shlok, but Shlok urges patience and requests Mohan to proceed with the vidaai. Prerna brings Katha outside, and the moment becomes emotional as Vandana, Naina, and Prerna hug her tightly. Katha comforts them, reminding them that love does not fade with distance.
Outside, Babu Ram Kaka arrives to bless Katha. She reassures him of her help whenever his cow falls sick and gifts him a plant. She lovingly hugs her plants and asks her family to take care of them. UV and his cousins exchange awkward expressions, while Pari openly criticises Katha’s emotional attachment. One of the elders asks Vandana to perform the vidaai rituals. Katha expresses gratitude to Mohan and Vandana for everything they have done for her.
Later, UV and Katha take blessings from Mohan and Vandana. Vandana joins their hands and requests UV to protect and support Katha. Shockingly, UV pulls his hand away, leaving Katha stunned. She hugs Mohan, who emotionally asks UV to take care of their daughter. Though uncomfortable, UV remains silent.
As the vidaai concludes, UV mocks the emotions, but Charu reminds him how difficult it is for a bride to leave her family behind. Watching the scene, Pari and Ash jokingly tell their brothers they no longer wish to marry, leaving all four siblings emotional. UV questions their behaviour, and Pratty brushes it off with a weak excuse.
Finally, Mohan, Vandana, and the family bid farewell as UV and Katha leave together in the car. Katha breaks down in tears.
Precap: Following Chandrika’s strict instructions, Katha performs the grihapravesh ritual. She gets injured, prompting Chandrika to scold Katha and rebuke her family harshly, leaving Katha deeply hurt.
