Mrs. Sharma confronts UV for tearing down the official notice, warning him that his actions will not solve anything. In response, Katha pastes the notice back on the board, but UV rips it off again, declaring that he will destroy it every single time she puts it up. This fuels Katha’s anger. Pratty urges Omi to intervene, so Omi pulls UV aside and asks him to calm down and talk things through. UV resists but is eventually taken to his cousins.
Ventilating his frustration, UV tells his cousins that they all know how deeply connected he is to his café. He compares it to his mother and insists that he will never abandon it under any circumstances. His cousins attempt to reason with him, advising him to avoid further confrontation. Meanwhile, Katha pastes the notice on the board yet again.
At the college, Naina arrives as Prerna pleads with her to convince Katha to withdraw the complaint against UV and stop the closure of My Mom’s Café. Prerna admits she does not believe UV was behind her kidnapping, leaving Naina stunned. She approaches Katha and urges her to reconsider, pointing out that there is no concrete proof linking UV to the crime. Despite repeated requests, Katha remains firm and declares that she is not afraid of UV or his influence. At the same time, UV’s cousins continue trying to prevent him from clashing with Katha and the college authorities.
Determined to protect the notice, Katha comes up with a clever plan. She pastes it again but surrounds it with a cactus plant. UV is taken aback and attempts to remove it, only to injure himself in the process. Enraged, he tries to break the cactus pot, but Katha stops him and warns that she will file a murder complaint in addition to the kidnapping charge. She reminds him that even plants are living beings. Alarmed by the situation, Mrs. Sharma calls the police.
The police arrive promptly. Pratty attempts to persuade his senior officer to go easy on UV, but the officer refuses and strictly instructs UV to follow the college committee’s orders before leaving.
Once again, Naina tries to reason with Katha, but she refuses to back down. UV glares at Katha and openly declares that he will never shut down his café. Mrs. Sharma disperses the students and leaves the premises. Seeing the tension, Tammy asks her grandfather, Mr. Agarwal, to help UV, but he admits his helplessness and advises her to stay away from UV. Tammy ignores his warning.
Later, UV’s cousins grow worried about his restless behaviour and try to make him understand the seriousness of the situation. UV, however, dismisses their concerns and starts preparing Pari’s favourite dish, reassuring them that nothing will happen to his “mother,” the café. His friends remain uneasy. Sandy questions whether Tammy could be involved in the kidnapping but quickly dismisses the idea, instead blaming Katha for targeting UV without reason.
Pari informs her mother about the chaos at the college. Shikha relays the entire incident to Rukmini and Ambika. While Ambika feels secretly pleased, Rukmini grows anxious about UV. She firmly instructs Ambika and Shikha to ensure that Eshwar does not find out about the situation. Meanwhile, Katha once again orders UV to shut down the café immediately, pushing him further into rage.
Precap: Katha tells Naina and Prerna that her goal is to teach UV and his circle that money does not place them above the law. The police arrive and arrest UV. Enraged, UV warns Katha that he will never forgive her for insulting his mother.
