Shashwat says Pihu has become mature. Pihu tells him she has no other option and will take care of herself. Shashwat asks about Anurag and Ishani. Pihu tells him that Ishani is completing the discharge work and that both Ishani and Anurag have done so much for them. Shashwat advises Pihu to never let her ego win, saying he faced betrayal because of his ego. He asks if they can go home. Pihu informs him that Ishani suggested filing a case against Nandini so no one can evict them until the verdict. Shashwat admits he does not understand how to face Ishani. Pihu tells him to apologize to Ishani wholeheartedly and reveals that Ishani agreed to stay in their house. Shashwat is surprised.

The receptionist informs Ishani that she must pay the bills before discharge. Ishani gives her bangles as security. The receptionist remarks that this is a hospital, not a jewelry shop. After consulting her senior, she accepts the bangles and asks Ishani to sign the discharge papers. Ishani thanks her. Pihu brings Shashwat in a wheelchair. Ishani asks how he is feeling. Shashwat admits he tortured her but appreciates that she came to help him. He cries. Ishani asks him not to be stressed. Shashwat asks if she can forgive him and apologizes. Ishani says they can discuss it at home, as she needs time to process everything.
Siddharth arrives and greets Pihu, then introduces himself to Shashwat. Shashwat asks how he knows Pihu. Siddharth explains he met her yesterday while she was praying for her father. Ishani introduces herself. Pihu tells Siddharth that Ishani is her best friend. Ishani invites Siddharth home for lunch or dinner. Siddharth says he is a foodie who avoids restaurant food and wants Pihu to cook for him. Ishani compliments Pihu’s cooking. Siddharth exchanges numbers with Pihu, expresses that he is glad to meet them, and leaves. Ishani comments that Siddharth is handsome, and Pihu laughs.
Shashwat asks Ishani about the hospital bills. Ishani assures him she managed everything and suggests they go home. They leave the hospital.
Later, Raj didi welcomes Shashwat and expresses happiness that he is fine, noting that the family now feels complete. Ishani reminds her she will stay only for a few days until Shashwat fully recovers. Raj didi says God is punishing them for wronging Ishani. Shashwat says they should be grateful for another chance to correct their mistakes and mentions that he lost the diamond he had been searching for everywhere.
Precap: Shashwat receives a legal notice from Nandini’s lawyer. Ishani says they should vacate the house.
