Shashwat tells Ishani that maybe he deserved Nandini’s betrayal, but Ishani did not deserve his torture. He says he cannot live with this burden, so he seeks her forgiveness and apologizes. Ishani advises him to seek devotional help to lead a peaceful life and promises to pray for him. Shashwat thanks her. Ishani reminds him to thank Pihu, because she came there for Pihu’s sake and that she will stay until Shashwat fully recovers. She emphasizes that Pihu is more than a daughter for him, and that together they will prove Nandini wrong in court. She tells Shashwat to rest and leaves.

Meanwhile, Anurag tells his mother that he showed humanity seeing Shashwat in that condition, but the Senguptas don’t understand niceness, so he cannot be a good person for them. His mother reassures him that he is a good person because of his upbringing. Anurag worries about others taking advantage of his kindness, but his mother tells him that being a good person is his identity and he cannot change due to others’ behavior. He cannot become selfish because he is not that type of person.
Anurag reflects that he waited a long time for his love but got separated again. His mother advises that true love requires patience and he should not expect anything from Ishani yet. She says this is the final test for him. Anurag admits she may be right but expresses a desire to free himself from this love and forget Ishani. He leaves.
The next day, Ishani praises the taste of Raj didi’s tea. Raj didi says her husband loved her cooking, but she did not want to cook after his death. Pihu brings Shashwat downstairs, and Ishani serves them tea. She asks Shashwat how he is feeling. Shashwat says he is fine because they are taking care of him, but notices his tea has no sugar. Raj didi reminds him that he is not allowed sugar. She asks if Nandini tried to contact him; Shashwat shakes his head. Raj didi hopes Nandini leaves their lives. Shashwat warns that they should be ready for Nandini’s next attack. Pihu tells him not to worry about it now. Raj didi says that if they prove Nandini’s betrayal, she will end up in jail.
Soon, they receive a legal notice from Nandini’s lawyer. Ishani reads it and says they should vacate the house. Shashwat says he knew Nandini wouldn’t back off because he signed the papers without reading them, asking why he would give his house to her. He apologizes. Pihu asks him to calm down. Shashwat murmurs that he did wrong. Pihu assures him they will handle the situation. Raj didi expresses disbelief at how low Nandini has stooped and worries about their lack of place to stay.
Precap: Yash asks his family what Ishani is doing there. Pihu explains Nandini’s betrayal. Yash asks Shashwat for a solution. Ishani suggests approaching the court, but Yash warns her not to interfere in his family matters.
