Ishani asks Anurag to take care of himself. Anurag tells her that it is midnight and facing Shashwat in this situation won’t be easy, so the principal or lawyer can accompany Ishani. The principal agrees to go with her. Ishani says she knows her family well and does not want others to get insulted. The lawyer tells Ishani that she can leave the house instead of tolerating her in-laws’ harassment. Ishani replies that she is not independent enough to make that decision and cannot cut all ties with her family abruptly. The principal and lawyer go to sit in the car.

Anurag asks Ishani to approach him if she ever needs help. Ishani says she does not want to increase Anurag’s problems and that she will fight for herself. Anurag, weakened from injuries, nearly slips, so Ishani holds his hand and helps him sit in the car.
Meanwhile, Shashwat tells Nandini that they can go for dinner after his tender meeting. They hear the doorbell and wonder who could be visiting at this hour. Raj Didi informs Shashwat that Ishani is not in the house. Shashwat opens the door and, glaring at the time, notices Ishani’s absence.
Ishani enters the house. Shashwat stops her and asks where she went. Pihu claims that Ishani must have gone to meet Anurag. Shashwat asks Ishani if Pihu is right. Ishani explains that a false case was filed against Anurag, and he was beaten by a police officer, so she went to fight for the innocent. Pihu asks where Anurag is now. Ishani replies that he is in the college quarters. Nandini asks whom Ishani convinced to help Anurag. Ishani says Pihu confessed Anurag is innocent, so she went to help him. Pihu admits she lied to get Anurag. Ishani insists that something wrong happened to Anurag, which is why she intervened.
Shashwat scolds Ishani for leaving without informing anyone. Ishani says that if she had asked permission, he would not have let her go. Shashwat asks what if he says she cannot stay in his house. Ishani replies that he cannot prevent her without following the law. Shashwat slaps Ishani and says he creates the rules for his house. He questions why he should spend his life with a girl like Ishani. Ishani tells him that she is aware of what is happening between him and Nandini, and she knows what he does during his meetings. She adds that money cannot buy everything and reminds him that hitting her violates the law.
Nandini warns Shashwat that Ishani can file a case against him. Shashwat laughs and dares her to try. He throws Ishani out of the house and declares that she loses the rights of his wife. Ishani warns that God will not forgive Shashwat and that he must pay for his sins.
Precap: Ishani tells the neighbors that Shashwat threw her out of the house and slapped her. The neighbors decide to support Ishani. Ishani wonders whether she should call Anurag.
