Ishani goes to Anurag’s house. She tells him that she doesn’t have any other option. Anurag says he feared this would happen and asks what occurred. Ishani explains that she was thrown out of the house last night. She mentions that her mother was shifted to a care center, so she needs Anurag’s help to find a new home.

Anurag agrees to help and gives her water. Noticing a mark on her cheek, he asks why she did not call him yesterday, saying that Ishani doesn’t trust him. Ishani replies that she wouldn’t have come if she didn’t trust him. She explains that everything happened suddenly, Sengupta treated her like an animal, and she is unsure if her decision was right or wrong. Anurag tells her that she made the right decision and should have done this earlier. Ishani expresses concern that she put Anurag in danger.
Anurag says that this is the first time she gave him a chance to take responsibility. Ishani insists that she does not want to return to Shashwat’s house. Anurag tells her that she can live in his house if she wants. Ishani worries about what society will think, and Anurag replies that society won’t help them anyway and he is helping her because he cares about her.
Meanwhile, Nandini goes to Pihu’s room, claiming she came to check on her. Pihu says she is not fine because her stepmother snatched her love. Nandini reminds Pihu that if Ishani had not gone to college, she and Anurag would not have met again. Nandini says that Ishani hurt Pihu the most. Pihu admits she trusted Ishani, but now hates her. Nandini tells Pihu not to leave Ishani unchecked and warns that Ishani may go to Anurag’s house and continue her studies, so Pihu should ruin Ishani’s life. Pihu protests, asking Nandini not to dictate her actions. Nandini insists that Anurag will not accept Pihu until Ishani is removed from their lives. Pihu admits she cannot imagine life without Anurag and asks Nandini to convince him to marry her without harming him. Nandini says they must get rid of Ishani first and promises her support.
Anurag’s mother comes out and sees Ishani. Anurag asks if she has any objection to Ishani staying with them. His mother asks if Ishani is okay with it. Anurag explains the situation, and his mother feels bad for Ishani. She thanks Ishani for helping Anurag, and Ishani says everything in her life has been shattered. Anurag tells his mother that Ishani is in this condition because she helped him. His mother tells Ishani to stay, but Ishani insists she does not want to be a burden. Anurag reassures her that she is his strength. Ishani looks at Anurag.
