Jhanak gets off the bus when it reaches the dhaba. She wonders why Rishi is doing all this and whether he expects her to return to his house. She decides she will never return to Kolkata. The conductor calls the passengers for the Simulboni bus, and Jhanak moves towards it. Suddenly, Rishi arrives and takes her bag from the bus. He tells her to get into the car. Jhanak asks if he is taking her to Simulboni. Rishi replies that he will take her wherever she wants to go. When she asks again about Simulboni, he nods in agreement. She questions him about Aditi, but Rishi firmly says he can make his own life decisions. They both leave in the car.

Meanwhile, Aniruddh says Jhanak is an outsider and should be treated that way. He insists Rishi should understand this. Dadabhai counters that Aniruddh is only thinking about Aditi. He says he is proud that Rishi is not ungrateful and has accepted his responsibility toward Jhanak. He reminds Aditi of the dangers Jhanak could face alone in the village. Aditi dismisses his concerns, saying Jhanak left willingly and even created drama before leaving.
Dadabhai argues that Jhanak left to protect her dignity. He says she endured repeated insults, and Aditi knows who hurt her the most. Frustrated, Aditi tells Aniruddh they should leave because there is no point in talking without Rishi present. Tanushri asks Aditi to stay calm and assures her she will speak to Rishi later. Dadabhai again expresses pride in Rishi, noting that Jhanak never expected anything from him, yet he chose to help her.
Aniruddh says he only cares about understanding Aditi’s feelings. He questions why Rishi personally went when others could have helped. Abhimanyu clarifies they did not send Rishi. Tanushri claims he only went to ensure Jhanak boarded the bus safely. Aditi questions why he has not returned yet and suspects he went to drop Jhanak home. Dadabhai says he would be happy if that is true because Jhanak is not in a condition to travel alone.
Aditi says Rishi’s actions are insulting to her. Aniruddh bluntly tells her not to marry Rishi if she feels that way. Aditi insists she loves him. Aniruddh says love requires tests and admits he will not sympathize with Jhanak until he confirms whether she is his daughter.
Later, Aditi learns that Rishi has gone to Simulboni to drop Phool and plans to stay there for Nutan’s Shradh. Arshi remarks that this is not the old Rishi and suggests he now loves Phool. Aniruddh immediately stops her from speaking like that. Meanwhile, Jhanak looks at Rishi and recalls the moments she shared with him.
Recap: Parashar tells Jhanak that he arranged everything for Nutan’s Shradh. Rishi asks Jhanak if she has any objection to him staying there. She tells him he is doing wrong, but Rishi says he is trying to correct his mistakes. Meanwhile, Aditi decides to go to Simulboni.
