Ritesh playfully tells Indu that he already knows he looks handsome and charming. He even comments that her dressing sense has improved. Indu gets irritated and tries to respond, but Zoon enters and calls Ritesh handsome. He thanks her and attempts to lift her but feels pain from his wound. Zoon notices and becomes concerned. Indu lifts Zoon, who kisses both of them. When Zoon asks for a hug, Ritesh embraces both Indu and Zoon, creating a warm family moment.

Elsewhere, Rahul misunderstands Anjali’s gestures and feels ignored when she walks past him to talk to Vivaan. Vivaan gifts her an expensive bracelet. She initially refuses but later accepts it, leaving Rahul visibly hurt.
At the mehendi function, Dolly complains that no one is dancing and pulls Sunita to the floor. Soon, both the Malhotra and Raina families join in. Anjali brings Indu to the center while the mehendi artist applies henna on her hands. Ritesh notices Indu struggling with her hair and helps her, leading to an intimate eye lock. Zoon’s arrival breaks the moment with smiles.
Later, Zoon expresses her wish to apply mehendi like Indu. Indu refuses, citing school regulations, and suggests using tattoo stickers instead. Zoon feels disappointed.
Meanwhile, Rahul informs Ritesh that the media wants an interview, but he declines. He also asks about the attack investigation. Rahul says the inquiry is ongoing, but no leads have emerged.
On the antagonists’ side, Sameer gives Magesh a ticket to Bhopal, explaining that Kadambari wants him out of the city to avoid risk. Magesh angrily tears the ticket, mocking both Sameer and Kadambari, and leaves. Sameer watches with fury.
Back at the function, Ritesh learns about Zoon’s disappointment and decides to fulfill her wish. He takes her to the mehendi artist, but Indu intervenes and stops it. She insists rules must be followed and reveals she already discussed the matter with the school’s vice principal.
Determined, Ritesh calls the vice principal to the house. He asks Zoon to agree with whatever he says. Indu arrives, and they argue about whether rules should always be strictly followed or adapted for a child’s happiness. Despite Ritesh’s efforts, the vice principal refuses permission. Zoon leaves sadly with her teacher. Ritesh and Indu exchange sharp words, each claiming the other will never change. Ritesh silently resolves to make Zoon’s wish come true.
Meanwhile, Indu defends Asha when Neelam taunts her for not applying mehendi. She encourages Asha to embrace happiness. The gesture moves Asha to tears as mehendi is applied on her hands.
Precap: Indu scolds Ritesh for spoiling Zoon and teaching her to break rules. In anger, Ritesh says she is not Zoon’s real mother, deeply hurting her. Suddenly, Kadambari arrives and claims she is Zoon’s real mother, leaving both Indu and Ritesh stunned.
