Anjana urges Aditi to at least drink some juice. Bablu insists that he will personally feed Aditi today. He receives a call from Choton and informs Aditi that Choton is coming to meet her and is bringing her favorite sweets.
After some time, Choton arrives and refuses to let Aditi stay hungry. He emotionally convinces her to eat, saying she can never refuse him and that she loves him the most. Aniruddh and Arshi observe the moment from a distance. Anjana quietly leaves the room.

Aniruddh thanks Anjana, but Arshi questions him, pointing out that Anjana was the one who first revealed the truth to Aditi. Aniruddh calmly replies that Anjana did the right thing and expresses relief that Aditi learned the truth from a family member. Choton feeds Aditi, and Aniruddh feels reassured seeing her finally eat.
On the other side, Surjeet speaks to someone about a meeting. Payal overhears and immediately questions him. Surjeet claims it is a hospital-related call and counters by asking if he ever checks her phone.
Payal asserts her right as his wife to see his phone and insists she has nothing to hide. She presses him about whom he plans to meet after surgery. Surjeet avoids a direct answer, repeating that it is about surgery.
Payal grows suspicious and states that she can tell when he is lying. Surjeet promises to show his phone after returning from the hospital, citing urgency. Payal reminds him that he has broken her trust before. Surjeet defends himself, saying nothing was ever proven and that he trusts her enough not to check her phone.
The argument escalates when Payal suggests he may be influenced by Rishi, referencing how Aditi still loves Rishi despite his marriage to Jhanak.
Payal demands that Surjeet swear on their children, but he refuses. At that moment, he receives a call. Payal snatches the phone, answers it on speaker, and hears a woman asking Surjeet why he has not called her after leaving home.
Surjeet quickly ends the call and explains that the woman is Dr. Ashima, his colleague, nothing more. He leaves, but Payal remains unconvinced and concludes that he is hiding something.
Meanwhile, Rishi advises Mishti to focus on her important exam. Mishti confidently says she will perform well. Abhimanyu reassures her that there is no pressure, while Tanushri asks Rishi to ensure she reaches on time.
Rishi then asks Jhanak if she is ready, which surprises Tanushri, who questions whether he plans to drop Jhanak as well. Dadabhai offers to drop Jhanak, but Rishi insists he can drop both Jhanak and Mishti since their centers are on the same route.
This triggers disagreement. Indumati insists Rishi should only drop Mishti, while Tanushri suggests Abhimanyu handle it instead. Neelu offers to take Mishti, and Rishi agrees, deciding he will take Jhanak.
Surjeet intervenes, stating they are wasting time and that Rishi’s plan makes sense. However, Tanushri argues that Jhanak can go alone and questions why Jhanak remains silent.
Jhanak clarifies she never asked Rishi for a ride. Rishi maintains that he is simply helping since he is going the same way. Neelu questions whether Aditi is aware of this plan. Rishi dismisses the concern, stating he does not need Aditi’s permission for such a minor matter.
Tanushri continues to criticize Jhanak, accusing her of deception. Rishi firmly defends Jhanak and asks everyone to stop insulting her.
As tensions rise, Mishti requests everyone to stop arguing for her sake. Putul suggests she will take Jhanak to avoid further conflict, especially if Aditi finds out.
Rishi, frustrated, questions whether he has lost the right to make simple decisions. He remarks that the family’s behavior has changed ever since the truth came out.
Before leaving, Jhanak seeks blessings from the elders, but only Dadabhai blesses her. In contrast, Mishti receives blessings from everyone, highlighting the growing divide in the family.
