Meanwhile, Katha grows worried as UV hasn’t returned home. Naina arrives and asks her why she is still there. Katha admits she doesn’t know where UV is and that his phone is off. Naina encourages her to go to the café. UV arrives at his café, breaking down as he recalls Gayatri’s responses. A group of men enters to loot the café, demanding all the money. UV agrees but asks them to beat him up, shocking them. He breaks a bottle over his head and insists they hit him. They comply, leaving him severely injured.
Gayatri cries, asking God how long she must wait to meet her children. Katha reaches the café and is shocked to see UV attacked. She rushes to him, questioning the men. The gang takes UV’s expensive watch and leaves. Katha is alarmed and quickly takes UV to the hospital.
At the hospital, the doctor treats UV while Katha pleads with God to save him. His family arrives and asks what happened. Katha explains everything. The Manmoji gang waits outside the treatment room, emotionally urging UV to wake up. The doctor informs them that surgery is required to stop internal bleeding, but an O-negative blood supply isn’t available. Everyone contacts their networks to arrange the blood. Katha vows to save UV at any cost and goes live on Pari’s social media, appealing to UV’s fans. Someone sees the video, and Katha shares a hug with UV’s cousins.
Precap: The doctor warns that if O-negative blood isn’t arranged in time, UV’s life will be at risk. Katha brings Sheetal and offers her blood. Harshvardan is shocked. Later, Katha expresses her feelings to an unconscious UV.
