The doctor asks the Jindal family whether they have arranged the required blood. Harshvardan replies that they are trying their best. The doctor firmly tells them that they must arrange it immediately because UV’s heartbeat is unstable. Hearing this, Katha breaks down. Naina and Charu console her and assure her that she must not lose hope because no one can separate her from UV. Charu steps aside to make a call. At that moment, Katha receives a call from Gayatri. She informs her about UV’s accident and explains that he urgently needs O negative blood, which they have not been able to arrange. Gayatri reveals that her blood group is O negative and declares that she will donate blood to save her son. Shocked, Katha drops her phone and looks toward God’s idol in disbelief.
Meanwhile, Gayatri angrily confronts Arjun, accusing him of harming her son UV. Arjun denies the accusation and questions her for siding with the Jindal family, who, according to him, never cared for her. In tears, Gayatri insists that UV is her innocent son. Arjun warns her of serious consequences if she dares to help UV. He threatens that he will not spare anyone involved. Back at the hospital, Katha decides to personally bring Gayatri. Naina worries about how the family will react, but Katha makes it clear that nothing matters to her except UV’s life. She immediately leaves.

Katha reaches Gayatri’s house and pleads with her to come to the hospital, explaining that UV’s condition is deteriorating rapidly. Gayatri agrees, but she freezes upon seeing Arjun, Manav, and Supriya. Arjun takes Gayatri inside for a discussion. After some time, he returns and allows her to go to the hospital to save UV, but he orders Supriya to accompany her. Supriya agrees.
At the hospital, the doctor informs Harshvardan and the family that UV’s condition is worsening and that O negative blood is crucial to begin the surgery. Anxiety spreads among everyone. Just then, Katha arrives with Gayatri and informs the doctor that Gayatri will donate blood. She then reveals that Gayatri is UV’s mother. The entire family is stunned. Relieved, the doctor immediately takes Gayatri inside. Harshvardan questions Katha about how she knows Gayatri, but Katha says she will reveal everything after the surgery. She then steps away.
Inside the treatment room, Gayatri attempts to touch UV, but the doctor stops her and instructs the nurse to proceed with the blood extraction process. Gayatri cooperates and donates her blood. Outside, Pari and the others discuss Gayatri’s sudden involvement. Shlok suggests they should directly ask her the truth about her behavior. Shortly afterward, Gayatri comes out, and Supriya takes her away, stating that it is time for her medication. The family is left shocked and confused.
After the surgery, the doctor announces that UV is now stable. Overwhelmed, Katha rushes to him and breaks down upon seeing his fragile state. She speaks to the unconscious UV, saying she will accept his earlier thank you and apology once he wakes up. She confesses that their heartbeats are connected in the same rhythm, though she cannot fully express her feelings in words. She patiently waits for him to regain consciousness.
Precap: UV and Katha argue over Gayatri’s cooking diary. Later, Naina learns that UV is planning to leave for Singapore and informs Katha, leaving her completely shocked.
