Katha tells UV that their hearts beat the same way. She says she now feels his heartbeat is connected to hers. She urges him to wake up because she cannot bear to see him unconscious. She reminds him that everyone is waiting for him, especially his mother, who has come to meet him. She informs him that his mother has donated blood and is waiting outside.

UV recalls Gayatri’s interview and murmurs, “Maa.” Katha becomes emotional and immediately calls the doctor. After examining him, the doctor confirms that UV is slowly regaining consciousness. Katha informs the Jindal family, and everyone feels relieved. The doctor tells them that if Katha had not brought UV’s mother in time, saving him would have been extremely difficult. He also remarks that Katha and UV love each other, then leaves.
Harshvardan asks Katha when she first met Sheetal. Katha explains that she met Sheetal before Janmashtami but was unaware at that time that she was UV’s mother. Sheetal arrives and says she will clarify everything herself. She claims that Katha shared every detail with her and that she learned about UV’s accident only through Katha. She adds that she does not have time in her busy schedule. Katha is stunned.
UV regains full consciousness and lashes out at Gayatri for visiting him and donating blood. Gayatri pretends to remain unaffected and declares that she left UV and Harshvardan to pursue her ambitions. UV harshly criticises Sheetal as well.
Katha intervenes and explains that Sheetal lost her memory twenty years ago in an accident. However, Sheetal denies this and accuses Katha of lying. She alleges that Katha knew from the beginning that she was UV’s mother and was also aware of the business proposal she brought for UV. Katha denies the allegations and looks at UV in disbelief. Sheetal questions UV about why he has not signed the deal papers yet. UV becomes furious.
In a flashback, Arjun threatens Sheetal, demanding that she falsely accuse Katha or he will kill UV. Under pressure, Sheetal continues her accusations. She claims that Katha promised to convince UV to accept her business proposal because it would help promote her herbal tea business. Harshvardan shouts at Katha, accusing her of betraying UV and the family.
UV asks Gayatri to leave. She hides her pain and walks away. UV then tells Katha that she is no different from his mother. The doctor rushes in, scolds the family for stressing the patient, and takes UV inside.
Harshvardan and Pratty rebuke Katha. Naina takes her aside and questions Sheetal’s sudden change in behaviour. Katha suspects that Arjun is behind everything and wonders why he hates the Jindal family. She overhears a conversation between Sheetal and Harshvardan. Later, she confronts Sheetal about Arjun’s hatred. Sheetal reveals that she and Arjun once loved each other, but Eshwar forced her to marry someone else. Katha is shocked by this revelation.
Later, Katha visits UV’s room and pleads with him to trust her, insisting she had no knowledge of the business deal. UV refuses to listen and asks her to leave. He instructs Pratty not to file a case against anyone because he was the one who asked those men to beat him up. Katha is left speechless.
Precap: Katha and UV argue over Sheetal’s cooking book. Naina informs Katha about UV’s decision to settle in Singapore. Katha is shocked.
