Katha enters Uv’s room with water and soup. She reflects that ten days have passed since he returned from the hospital. Not finding him inside, she walks into the washroom and is shocked to see him tearing apart Gayatri’s photographs. She immediately intervenes and grabs the diary from his hand. A struggle follows, and the shower accidentally turns on during the scuffle.

Uv demands that she return the diary. Katha questions how he can destroy his mother’s memories. He responds that he is aware of her so called deal as well. Katha firmly denies having any deal with Gayatri and asks why he refuses to understand her. Uv admits that his mother hurt him deeply and fears that Katha might abandon him the same way. She asks him to look into her eyes and insists she could never betray him. Uv declares that he no longer trusts any relationship. Katha urges him to have faith in their bond and shows him her nuptial chain as proof of commitment. Uv walks away.
Katha follows him and reveals that his Maama never disclosed the truth about his family to Gayatri and had malicious intentions. She clarifies that she informed Gayatri about Uv and his father only because Gayatri had lost her memory. Uv questions why Gayatri never came to meet him and instead sent a business deal. Katha suggests that her brother manipulated the situation, changed her identity, and withheld her money. Uv concludes that his mother is a ruthless businesswoman devoid of emotion. He forces Katha to choose between him and Gayatri.
Unbeknownst to them, someone spies on the confrontation and relays the details over a call. Uv warns Katha that supporting his mother will end their relationship.
Determined, Katha declares she will prove Gayatri’s innocence. Harshavardhan enters and sternly instructs her to stop troubling his son by invoking Sheetal’s name. When she attempts to explain, he forcefully pushes her out and consoles Uv.
Elsewhere, Arjun feels satisfied upon learning that Uv and Harshavardhan resent Sheetal and have expelled Katha. He orders the caller to leak the information to the media. Gayatri approaches Arjun and inquires about Uday. He assures her that Uday is fine and offers to arrange a meeting. She agrees.
Naina advises Katha not to escalate tensions with Uv. However, Katha insists she must clear the misunderstandings and reunite Uv with his mother. She emphasizes that Uv is emotionally vulnerable and vows to protect him while exposing the truth.
Meanwhile, Harshavardhan hands Uv his passport and visa, questioning his sudden decision to relocate to Singapore. Uv explains that he intends to establish a café there and oversee the Jindal family’s overseas business operations. He expresses his desire to leave the current environment behind. Harshavardhan offers to accompany him, but Uv declines, stating he can manage independently. Father and son share an emotional embrace. Uv apologizes for previously misunderstanding him. Harshavardhan encourages him to take care of himself. Uv hopes his grandfather will feel proud, and his father reassures him.
Charu questions what will happen to Katha if Uv moves abroad. Naina overhears the conversation and informs Katha about his plans.
Heartbroken, Katha hugs a plant and acknowledges that she has no right to stop him, as he does not consider her significant enough to confide in her. Uv approaches her, intending to speak, but she interrupts, stating she already knows about his permanent relocation to Singapore. He is surprised and asks how she found out. Katha responds sharply.
Uv explains that he plans to handle the overseas business and reveals that Eshwar has realized his mistake in forcing the marriage. Katha silently contemplates that perhaps his decision is justified. Uv recalls Harshavardhan’s advice to send Katha back home before his departure. Charu reminds them that every relationship deserves a second chance. Harshavardhan expresses skepticism, fearing that Katha might abandon Uv the way his wife once left him. Despite the doubts, Uv admits he still wishes to give their relationship another opportunity.
Later, Uv tells Katha they cannot undo the past, but she should focus on her education and ambitions. He suggests that while she could pursue studies in Singapore, remaining here might be more practical. Internally, Katha acknowledges his importance in her life yet understands his decision to distance himself.
