Jhanak expressed her wish to continue studying. She explains that she would become a burden if she stopped and adds that education will help her achieve something in life. She promises to perform household chores diligently and avoid any mistakes. Dadabhai assures her of his full support for her studies, bringing a smile to Jhanak’s face. Tanushri encourages her to study well, while Rishi instructs the family to serve his food and leave.
Later, Aditi questions Rishi about why he brought her directly from college to the restaurant. Rishi asserts his right to do so. Aditi reminds him that Anjana mentioned they shouldn’t meet too often due to the approaching wedding. Rishi reassures her that he will handle it and compliments her. Aditi confides that she is nervous and unsure about adjusting to Rishi’s family. Rishi asks her not to worry, pointing out that she already knows his family, so there should be no issues.
Aditi asks Rishi to promise that he won’t hide anything from her. She promises in return to be honest with him. Rishi hesitates, wondering what she would do if she discovers that he had hidden something. Aditi laughs, pretending she wasn’t serious, but Rishi is left struggling to tell her the truth.
Meanwhile, Aniruddh calls Dadabhai to discuss Jhanak’s recent incident. Dadabhai expresses his embarrassment, but Aniruddh laughs it off, saying it’s alright. He invites Rishi’s family to the Ashirwaad Ceremony on Sunday. Dadabhai assures him they will come. Jhanak mutters that Aniruddh is making a big deal out of her issue. Abhimanyu tells her to stay quiet. Dadabhai asks Aniruddh to forget about the incident, but Aniruddh admits that Jhanak’s actions amused him. He even hints that he might visit Dadabhai’s house just to see her and requests Dadabhai to bring Jhanak to the Ashirwaad Ceremony. Dadabhai agrees and ends the call.
Everyone asks Dadabhai what Aniruddh said. He reveals that the condition for forgetting the incident was bringing Jhanak to the ceremony. Jhanak smiles upon hearing this.
In the village, Nutan becomes emotional, reminiscing about the time she spent with Jhanak and recalling her marriage to Rishi. Sakhi asks if she is alright. Nutan reassures her but admits her worry for Jhanak. Sakhi informs her that Parashar is heading to Kolkata with Mangal and asks if she wants to go. Nutan refuses, explaining that she has grown strong enough to manage on her own. She tells Sakhi to assure Parashar that she won’t hurt him. Sakhi comments that Nutan loves Parashar, but she clarifies that she only respects him and lives for Jhanak.
Meanwhile, Jhanak overhears Rishi’s family discussing his upcoming marriage, which brings back memories of her own marriage to Rishi.
Precap: Rishi tells Jhanak that while she may fool his family, she cannot fool him. He demands freedom from their relationship and instructs her to discuss it with her village people.
