Sameer Malhotra calls Kadambari, introducing himself as Ritesh Malhotra’s cousin. Kadambari dismisses him as a flop and refuses his request for an exclusive interview. Sameer informs Vivaan that Kadambari Patel dislikes men, but he plans to charm her to climb the ranks at B Times magazine.
Meanwhile, Ritesh Malhotra discusses a story with Rahul, noting it’s about a middle-class individual. Rahul remarks on the theme of middle-class life, which amuses and slightly annoys Ritesh.
Indu brings Zoon a chocolate milkshake made by Bob Ji and encourages her to participate in a school game. Zoon laments that she doesn’t have a father like others, and Indu consoles her, explaining that sometimes love comes from unexpected places. Zoon hugs Indu and asks her to convince Ritesh to find her father. Indu gently refuses, emphasizing that some wishes cannot be fulfilled.
In the kitchen, a servant explains to a colleague that the “witch” (Indu) has a headache and is resting. Pankaj and Kaamna intervene as tensions escalate. Ritesh warns Sameer he will not allow the advertisement to proceed, while Sameer threatens to go ahead. Pankaj scolds both and insists the ad must be stopped. Kaamna looks on with teary eyes, regretting their clash.
Indu shares her worries with Vivek, noting how Ritesh’s promise is causing her Zoon emotional distress. Vivek devises a plan to resolve the situation. Indu is impressed and encourages him. She secretly informs Zoon that her “Papa” will appear at the upcoming volleyball match, making her delighted.
