Dadabhai discusses the wedding food menu while Surjeet carefully notes everything down. As they talk, Phool quietly recalls her own marriage to Rishi, her face reflecting sadness. Dadabhai notices her absence and asks about her. Tanushri spots Phool and calls her over. Surjeet informs Phool that they are finalising the menu for Rishi’s wedding. Payal asks Phool to share what she likes, but Tanushri senses that Phool’s mood seems off. Phool lies and says she is fine.
Indumati reminds everyone that quality matters more than quantity, while Dadabhai insists everything must be perfect since their reputation is at stake. Indumati reminds him not to forget the sweets. Dadabhai asks Surjeet for his input, but Surjeet says Dadabhai has already covered everything and praises the menu. Proudly, Dadabhai says he worked very hard on it.
Payal then asks what Phool will wear on the wedding day. Surjeet suggests taking Phool shopping. Dadabhai, teasingly, says the budget is exhausted and they cannot buy a new saree for Phool. Payal asks if Phool can wear an old saree. Phool sharply responds that she never asked for new clothes and adds that she is not even thinking of attending the wedding. Dadabhai says that solves the problem and declares that Phool will stay back to take care of the house. Phool reminds them that she is only a maid, though they treated her kindly, and she expects nothing more. Dadabhai asks what is troubling her.
Phool says she will return to her village after Rishi’s wedding. Dadabhai assumes this decision is because of Rishi and firmly says they will not allow her to leave. Phool insists she wants to go back. Tanushri wonders why Phool has suddenly changed, while Surjeet asks her to stay happy as long as she is with them. Payal urges Phool to be part of their happiness.
Emotionally, Phool says she means nothing to them and that they will forget her easily. Hurt, Dadabhai says that only villagers matter to her and that he was foolish to call her his daughter. Phool breaks down and says her village deity knows how important Dadabhai is to her. Dadabhai hugs her tightly and promises not to let her go, but Phool insists she has no choice and must leave.
Elsewhere, Aniruddh tells Anjana that he has sent a wedding invitation to Rumi’s in-laws. Rumi says she would have stopped him if she had known earlier. Arshi remarks that Rumi should not have left her in-laws’ house after her husband’s death. Aniruddh reminds Arshi that Rumi was tortured there. Rumi regretfully says she should have brought her daughter with her. Aditi reassures her, saying her daughter will one day understand her love. Aniruddh admits he failed as a brother and apologises to Rumi.
The next day, Dadabhai prepares Phool for an exam. Tanushri points out that Phool has not eaten anything since morning. Phool says she cannot learn everything in one day. Abhimanyu brings chef Sundar home. Phool immediately argues with him. Abhimanyu tells Sundar to freshen up and make tea. Phool objects and says Sundar cannot enter the kitchen. Realising Phool also works there, Sundar suggests firing her. Dadabhai firmly declares that Phool will not work anymore from today.
Precap: Krishnand tells Aditi that her marriage with Rishi is fixed for tomorrow, but Rishi is already a married man. Aditi angrily scolds him.
