A confused UV questions Rukhmani, but she dodges every question. He turns to Harshvardan, who is equally unaware. Nearby, Vinith tells Ambika that Eshwar may be planning UV’s marriage. This immediately alarms Ambika, who fears losing control of the household if a daughter-in-law enters the family. Determined, she decides to block the alliance.
UV keeps pressing Rukhmani for answers. Feeling helpless, she uses Pratty to distract him. Pratty tells UV to calm down and promises he’ll uncover the truth since he’s a police officer, prompting Pari and the others to silence his overconfidence. Annoyed, UV declares he won’t let Eshwar trap him into marrying some “nerd,” while his cousins make faces at the idea.
At Katha’s home, Mohan prepares to meet Eshwar, but Naina stops him to sew a missing shirt button. Vandana appreciates Naina’s efforts to mend their relationship, but Mohan believes things can never go back to normal. As Naina finishes stitching, Katha arrives with items to ward off the evil eye, believing it’s needed after the previous day. Meanwhile, UV secretly tails Eshwar and catches him eating sweets. He snaps a photo, planning to use it against him, and hurries off. Mohan arrives before Eshwar, who shocks him by proposing a marriage between UV and Katha.
At college, UV vents to his cousins about Eshwar’s mysterious plan. Omi reminds him to stay focused on his board meeting. UV agrees, but the moment he steps forward, he accidentally bumps into Katha, dropping her book. They exchange fierce glares. Katha sharply criticizes him, and UV fires back, saying that whoever marries her will be doomed to a miserable life. His cousins burst into laughter.
Back with Eshwar, Mohan explains the struggles faced by Katha and her mother but hides Katha’s deep distrust of men. Eshwar remains confident and insists that Katha is the only one capable of transforming UV and his cousins. Mohan walks away troubled, unsure how to reveal Katha’s true feelings.
