Katha points out to Prerna that UV has arrived. Prerna becomes excited to see him, while UV and his cousins continue their staged act in front of Katha. Prerna praises UV’s good deed, but Katha scolds her and keeps a sharp eye on UV. Realizing that Katha is watching them closely, UV and his friends become extra cautious so she misses them. Katha grows even more confused by their behavior. UV then pretends to scold Sandy for recording a video. Katha dismisses the entire scene as fake and walks inside, leaving UV upset.
Katha later hands over clothes to the priest and asks him to distribute them to the poor. The priest suggests she do it herself, but she refuses. Meanwhile, UV’s words offend his cousins, leading to an argument. UV calms them down and insists they must convince Katha completely. They finally agree. Pari and Ash go inside and put on another emotional act before Katha. Prerna again urges Katha to believe that UV is a genuine person. Outside, UV’s cousins tell him proudly that Katha fell for their drama. They celebrate, believing their mission is successful.
At home, Mohan and Vandana discuss Naina, who overhears them and feels hurt.
Katha returns home with Prerna, who keeps trying to convince her that UV’s gesture was sincere. But Katha refuses to change her stance. Vandana questions her, and Katha vents her frustration about UV’s fake behavior. She insists that all men are cheaters. Vandana asks if she thinks Mohan is also untrustworthy. Katha immediately hugs Mohan and says he is the best person she knows. Mohan questions her for getting upset over UV. Prerna explains that Katha was so angry with UV that she couldn’t perform her yearly charity work like she always does. She checks on Naina, who claims that every girl must pretend to be fine no matter what she is suffering. Naina goes to make tea for everyone, followed by Prerna. Katha scolds Mohan and Vandana for upsetting Naina when she is already going through so much.
At the Jindal house, UV and his cousins celebrate their supposed victory in making Katha think he is a good person. UV tells them they must make Katha fully trust him to complete his mission. Tammy begs UV to drop this plan, but he refuses. He then convinces both Tammy and Pratty to help him enter Katha’s house disguised as a sadhu.
Later, UV begs KC to find his mother at any cost. He becomes emotional remembering her, but his cousin cheers him up. They all leave for Katha’s house. UV gives his cousins final instructions on how to act. Soon, the entire group enters Katha’s home dressed as sadhus. Katha happily welcomes them, and her family joins her. Katha prepares to wash UV’s feet with cow dung as a ritual, but UV firmly stops her and uses his charm to enter the house respectfully. Katha watches him thoughtfully, still unsure.
Precap: Naina tells Katha that she has misunderstood UV after seeing how sincerely he helped a patient at the hospital. Katha dreams about UV. She later goes to apologize and thank him, but ends up discovering his truth. Furious, she slaps UV and insults his mother. UV snaps in anger and yells at her to keep quiet.
