The groom’s family then asks Ganesh to show Aarti’s photograph. He hands over her picture, but moments later, the groom notices the same girl on television, courageously fighting goons and forcing them to retreat. Shocked, he points at the screen and tells his family that the girl they are watching is the same one whose photo they were shown.
Disturbed by Aarti’s aggressive stand on live television, the groom’s family accuses Ganesh of deceiving them. They angrily state that he portrayed Aarti as traditional and reserved, while she is publicly confronting criminals. Without allowing Ganesh to explain, they storm out. Pradeep mockingly remarks that this marks Aarti’s fiftieth rejection, sarcastically calling it a “half-century.” Furious and humiliated, Ganesh fumes that Aarti has crossed all limits and declares she is turning out exactly like her mother, Anjali.
Meanwhile, Raghav is seen mourning before Aman’s photograph. Abhay tries to comfort him, reminding him that the next day marks Aman’s death anniversary. Raghav, emotional, says that even after twenty-one years, it still feels like Aman is nearby. Abhay urges him to return to court and resume his professional life, but Raghav refuses, stating that he will only step into the courtroom once he finds his son’s murderer. He questions what crime Aman committed to deserve such a fate.
At that moment, Raghav receives a call from Ganesh. Irritated, Raghav asks why Ganesh always calls him around the same time every year. Ganesh requests him to allow Anjali to attend Aman’s death anniversary rituals, reminding him that she is Aman’s widow and they have a daughter. Raghav coldly questions which daughter Ganesh is referring to. When Ganesh remains silent, Raghav harshly declares that he has no connection with their family and orders him never to call again. He adds that if Ganesh wants rights, he should fight for them in court.
Aarti enters and asks Ganesh who he was speaking to. She tries to take the phone, but Raghav disconnects the call. Abhay asks Raghav what happened. Raghav, filled with bitterness, says he believes Ganesh is trying to claim his property through an unknown daughter. He angrily states that his family’s destruction began the day Anjali entered their lives. He also wonders aloud whose voice he heard on the call, sensing something unfamiliar.
Later, Aarti confronts Ganesh, demanding to know who he was talking to. She questions why he becomes tense every year on this particular day and pleads for her mother’s rightful place. Aarti suspects he was speaking to her father’s family and asks if they live in Delhi. Ganesh avoids answering, telling her firmly that it is none of her concern.
Ganesh then scolds Aarti for going out and risking her life when she was expected to stay home for the marriage meeting. He says they believed marriage would end their worries. Just then, Sapna arrives and complains that Anjali is refusing to eat unless Aarti feeds her. Calming herself, Aarti immediately goes to tend to her mother.
The episode ends on an emotional note.
Precap: Chandraman Thakur threatens the editor-in-chief and forces him to connect Aarti on a call. Chandraman warns her to stop investigating the smuggling case. Fearless as ever, Aarti asks for his identity. When he introduces himself, she cuts the call without hesitation. Sapna asks who it was, and Aarti replies that Chandraman Thakur tried to intimidate her.
