Chandrabhan confronts Editor Laal and issuing a direct threat. He warns him to keep Aarti away from the women trafficking investigation, declaring that if she continues, both she and the news office will be destroyed. He deliberately reminds Laal of his identity as Chandrabhan Thakur before leaving arrogantly in his car.
Later, Aarti informs Anjali that Chandrabhan has threatened her. She confidently says that once she gets his photograph, she will expose him publicly and bring his game to an end. Hearing this, Sapna anxiously asks for the man’s name. When Aarti reveals it is Chandrabhan Thakur, Sapna is visibly shaken.
Overcome with fear, Sapna immediately calls Ganesh and urges him to arrange Aarti’s marriage as soon as possible and send her away. Aarti questions Sapna’s sudden panic and asks why she is so terrified of Chandrabhan. Breaking down emotionally, Sapna replies that she has already lost one daughter and cannot bear the thought of losing Aarti as well. She decides to fix Aarti’s marriage into the Rajvanshi family and bitterly curses those responsible for Anjali’s tragic condition. Ganesh agrees and leaves with Padma to begin the arrangements.
Noticing Sapna’s drastic change in behavior, Aarti grows suspicious and senses that a deep secret is being hidden from her. She later meets Laal and questions him about Chandrabhan. Laal explains that Chandrabhan was once a powerful politician who was forced out due to corruption, though much of his past remains unclear. He advises Aarti to focus on the human trafficking case and travel to Uttar Pradesh, where the investigation is active, assuring her that the coverage will boost the channel’s ratings.
Meanwhile, Aarti tells her family that she needs to take Anjali for a medical check-up. Soon after, Ganesh, Sapna, and Aarti bring Anjali to the hospital. When a nurse asks whether Aarti is their granddaughter, Ganesh confirms it and quietly mentions that Aarti was once believed to be stillborn. The statement leaves Aarti stunned and confused.
During Anjali’s examination, Aarti accompanies her into the doctor’s cabin. The nurse inside is the same woman who secretly saved Aarti years ago. She gently asks whether Aarti still does not know the truth. Ganesh intervenes quickly and urges the nurse to keep everything hidden. The nurse agrees.
At the same time, Raghav, Abhay, and Sarika arrive at the hospital. Spotting Ganesh and Sapna, tension fills the air. When Ganesh asks why they are there, Sarika explains that Raghav had chest pain and came for a check-up. Abhay mocks Ganesh, taunting that such an expensive hospital is beyond his means. Ganesh snaps back, but Abhay laughs it off and walks away.
Silently, Ganesh prays that Raghav and Abhay do not notice Aarti. Moments later, Raghav coldly tells Ganesh that Anjali is merely existing without life and that her life no longer holds any meaning.
The episode ends on a heavy and unsettling note.
Precap: Ganesh shows Savi a photograph and tells her that it is Aman’s barsi (death anniversary), asking if she remembers anything. Just then, Aarti enters the room and questions, “Whose photo is this?”
