Nandini invites Ishani to accompany her for shopping, but Ishani firmly refuses. Nandini complains that Ishani is unwilling to go with her even though she wants to buy clothes for her, which she feels is not wrong. Shashwat intervenes and asks Ishani to go along, suggesting that she can also choose a dress for Yash. Nandini confidently states that she already knows Yash’s taste very well. Ishani responds calmly, saying that since Nandini has been with Yash since childhood, she naturally knows him better than she does. She repeats that she does not want to go shopping and questions what purpose she would serve there? Shashwat’s sister taunts Ishani, claiming that Nandini has taken responsibility for the household and indirectly belittles Ishani as useless in comparison to Nandini. Ishani accepts the remark with composure and says that if Nandini is better than her in everything, then she should do the shopping alone. She questions why her presence is required at all. This angers Didi, who complains that she does not like Nandini staying in the house and reminds everyone that she had earlier asked Shashwat to arrange a separate house for her, but he allowed her to stay. Ishani clarifies that she never said she disliked Nandini living there. She only refused to go shopping with her.

Later, Shashwat reads a lawyer’s letter and gets lost in thought. Nandini asks him to convince Ishani, but he tells Nandini to leave her alone. He states that if Ishani is not interested, there is no need to force her.

Anurag asks Pihu to secretly deliver some notes to Ishani, making sure that no one else sees them. Pihu promises to do so and shares her concern that Ishani is not stepping out of her comfort zone despite completing her studies. Anurag explains that Ishani is in a difficult situation. She lacks the strength to fight her family and has no support. Without money or backing, she fears being thrown out of the house. Pihu expresses her wish to see Ishani become bold and confident. She asks Anurag to have coffee with her, but he makes an excuse. Pihu complains that he avoids having coffee with her and reminds him that the last time they did so was on Ishani’s birthday. She questions whether he treats Ishani as someone special and if he has special feelings for her.

Back at home, Didi mocks Ishani again, saying she is incapable of handling business matters like Nandini and is better suited to staying at home. Ishani replies that she stays at home to cook and serve food to everyone on time. Shashwat dismisses her words, saying she only cooks and creates unnecessary drama. He announces that catering staff will arrive the next day, so she need not worry. Didi orders Ishani to serve food, but Ishani states that she has already cooked and they can serve themselves. She clearly tells Didi not to expect her to feed her. Didi feels embarrassed and complains about having to tolerate taunts just to eat two meals a day. Shashwat asks Nandini to discuss something important with him and urges everyone to stop the drama.

At the college, Anurag praises Ishani, calling her a brilliant student who is sincerely trying to complete her education. He openly admires her dedication. Pihu directly asks Anurag whether he loves her, even a little. He replies that he loves her the same way he loves other students. Pihu gets upset and says she wants to hear a clear yes from him at least once. After much insistence, he finally nods.

Later, Ishani apologizes to Didi for speaking rudely. She explains that she could no longer tolerate the constant humiliation and therefore reacted. She then reveals her suspicion that Nandini and Shashwat share a relationship that goes beyond bhabhi and devar. Didi immediately defends them. Ishani warns that Yash and Pihu are grown up and can notice everything. If such matters become public, the family’s reputation will be destroyed. Didi assures her that she knows Nandini better than anyone else. Ishani bitterly remarks that Didi respects Nandini only because of her money. Their conversation stops abruptly when Pihu arrives.
