Pihu asks the doctor about Shashwat’s condition. The doctor replies that Shashwat is stable but unconscious. He allows them to meet him. Ishani and Pihu go inside with the doctor. Pihu thanks the doctor for saving Shashwat, and the doctor says it was a miracle that he survived. He explains that Shashwat’s heart is weak and surgery is not advisable. He instructs them to ensure Shashwat follows a strict diet, exercises, avoids stress, and sleeps well. The doctor advises taking Shashwat home after two days and leaves.
Pihu tells Ishani she is relieved and shares that she prayed to God wholeheartedly for the first time, and her prayer was answered. She requests Ishani to stay with her until Shashwat fully recovers. Pihu admits she is scared and cannot take care of Shashwat alone. Ishani says she needs to discuss it with Anurag first and asks Pihu to stay with Shashwat.
Ishani tells Anurag what the doctor said. Anurag calls it karma, but Ishani asks him not to say such things and expresses her concern for Shashwat. Anurag says Shashwat can no longer trouble her and notes that once Shashwat is discharged, they can send the divorce papers. He hopes Shashwat will not create drama while signing.
Ishani explains that Pihu wants her support, so she intends to stay with her for a few days. Anurag reminds her that the Senguptas had previously thrown her out of the house. Ishani says the situation has changed. Anurag notes that Shashwat will not change and that the Senguptas are treating her well only because they were betrayed by Nandini.
Ishani insists she is doing this for Pihu and cannot be ungrateful. Anurag asks what’s the point of discussing it since she already made her decision. He says she can go if she wants, and he will not stop her because she has the right to decide. Ishani hugs him. Anurag tells her he should leave as his mother is waiting, and Ishani assures him it’s just for a few days. Anurag says she should follow her heart and leaves.
The next day, Pihu tells Shashwat that he will be discharged today but must follow a strict diet and exercise. Shashwat acknowledges he is alive, and Pihu gives credit to Ishani for taking care of him. Shashwat admits he made Ishani’s life hell and calls himself a bad person. Pihu says his realization is enough. Shashwat expresses faith that Ishani will always take care of his family. Pihu tells him they cannot change the past and should focus on the present. She promises to concentrate on her studies and career and mentions that Yash is trying to return to India but cannot find tickets. Shashwat praises Pihu for becoming mature.
Precap: Raj didi says she is happy to see Shashwat and Ishani together. Meanwhile, Anurag shares with his mother how he feels about Ishani now.
