Katha finds a bottle and realizes that pills were mixed into the food UV served to the children. She immediately decides to prepare a herbal kada to save them. At the same time, she becomes determined to expose the person responsible for this act. Katha starts preparing the kada with Naina’s help. Meanwhile, one parent urges the others to keep their children at the house until the police arrest UV, while a few decide to take their kids to the hospital. Inside the house, Gayatri wonders about Katha’s whereabouts and steps outside to look for her.

Soon, Pratty arrives at the Jindal house with his team. Tejas hides his identity by covering his face with a mask. The guests demand that Pratty arrest UV, but Pratty takes UV’s side and asks them to trust him, saying UV is incapable of harming anyone. The guests begin accusing Pratty of bias. At that moment, Katha arrives with Naina and requests the parents to allow the children to drink the kada. After receiving permission, they make the children drink it.
The guests continue criticizing UV and accuse him of poisoning their children. They also insult UV’s mother, which makes UV lose his temper. He firmly warns them not to say a single word against his mother, but they continue attacking her. UV and his family members feel deeply hurt. From a distance, Gayatri watches everything unfold without understanding the situation and starts searching for Katha.
The guests then accuse Pratty for refusing to arrest UV. One of them threatens to complain to the IG against Pratty for supporting UV. To everyone’s shock, UV asks Pratty to arrest him. Ambika pretends to be distressed and manipulates the situation, encouraging the media to sensationalize the incident. The reporters begin broadcasting the news about children falling sick after eating snacks prepared by UV. Pratty decides to take UV with him. Just before they leave, Katha stops them, drawing everyone’s attention.
Katha requests Pratty and his team to listen to the children first. The children tell the police that UV asked them about their favourite snacks and checked their food allergies. They also explain that their snack boxes contained different items. Katha states that someone deliberately mixed something into the food and insists that UV could never do such a thing, as he runs a café in his mother’s name. She adds that a man who loves and respects his mother would never commit such a crime. UV becomes emotional. Katha hands over the pills bottle to Pratty and asks him to find the real culprit. The children praise both UV and Katha. Tejas realizes his plan has failed, but he silently vows revenge against Katha.
The doctor arrives and praises Katha for her timely action, saying it prevented the children from getting worse. At the children’s request, their parents withdraw the case against UV and apologize to him and his family for their behaviour. Eshwar asks them to forget the incident and join the puja, and they agree.
Later, Katha lights a diya. UV approaches her and addresses her as Katha, surprising her. He thanks her for saving his mother’s reputation. Before he can continue, reporters arrive and question UV about his relationship with Katha. Remembering UV’s earlier denial, Katha tells the reporters that she is a well-wisher of the Jindal family. After the reporters leave, Shlok asks UV to thank Katha, but UV admits he does not know how. Tammy intervenes and sarcastically suggests that UV should thank Katha by calling her Gobar Devi. UV immediately warns Tammy to stop.
Precap: Gayatri apologises to someone for going out, but the person locks her inside a room. Later, Katha finds Gayatri’s locket and is shocked to see UV’s photo inside it. She begins to wonder if Gayatri is UV’s mother and decides to inform UV.
