The media questions UV, asking whether Katha is his wife. UV denies it and introduces Katha as a distant relative. He diverts the reporters’ attention by speaking about Janmashtami celebrations. Katha feels deeply hurt and walks away. Tammy follows her and mocks her using UV’s own words. Katha calmly replies that regardless of UV’s acceptance, the truth remains that she is his wife.

UV arrives and lashes out at Katha, accusing her of trying to project herself as an ideal wife in front of the world when she means nothing to him. Katha explains that she came only to return his handkerchief, but UV refuses to believe her and continues humiliating her. Katha agrees that relationships are built from the heart and admits they share no such bond. Before leaving, she hands UV his mother’s handkerchief, saying she found it lying on the floor. UV is stunned and becomes emotional. He takes the handkerchief and leaves. Both UV and his mother miss seeing each other.
In the living room, Pari questions UV, reminding him that the children are waiting. UV begins distributing sweets to them as the media and Sandy cover the event. Meanwhile, Katha meets UV’s mother. She asks Katha if inviting her has caused any trouble. Katha reassures her, saying her constant fights with Maharaj Ji have nothing to do with her. Katha tastes the sweet prepared by her and praises her cooking. She jokingly says Maharaj Ji should learn cooking from her. Katha promises Gayatri that she will soon bring UV to meet her. Gayatri happily agrees.
Outside, chaos erupts when children suddenly start falling sick. Tejas, hiding nearby, feels pleased as his plan unfolds successfully. UV and his family rush to the children in shock and panic. The parents grow anxious and demand answers. UV pleads with them to trust him, insisting he did not add anything harmful to the sweets. The guests angrily accuse UV. Harshvardan requests them not to blame UV, while Shlok urges the media to stop recording and assures the guests that their children will receive the best medical care. Eshwar firmly supports UV and defends him against the accusations, leaving both father and son emotional. Ambika, however, deliberately fuels the guests’ anger against UV.
Hearing the commotion, Katha rushes outside and is shocked by the children’s condition. She senses something suspicious and takes a sweet inside with Naina. There, Katha confirms that something has been mixed into it. Outside, one guest vows to destroy UV’s reputation, while another reveals that he has filed a complaint against UV. In the kitchen, Katha finds a bottle containing powder used in the sweets and is left stunned.
Precap: Katha makes the children drink a herbal remedy. UV loses his temper when a guest insults his mother. As the inspector prepares to take UV to the police station, Katha intervenes and asks them to wait. UV looks at Katha intensely.
