Kaamna approaches Zoon, instantly frightening her. She angrily glares at both Zoon and the security guard before scolding the guard for bringing Zoon into the house without her permission. Nervously, the guard explains that Zoon wanted to meet Ritesh and also needed to use the washroom. Kaamna coldly threatens the guard, warning her to stay silent about anything she may have overheard. Terrified, the guard attempts to leave the room with Zoon, but Kaamna stops her and insists on speaking to Zoon alone.
Kneeling down, Kaamna questions Zoon about what she heard. Zoon insists she heard nothing. Enraged, Kaamna accuses her of lying and aggressively pressures her to speak the truth.
Once again, Zoon repeats that she heard nothing and pleads to use the washroom. Kaamna refuses and viciously threatens to lock her in a dark room. She even warns Zoon that she could kill her if she reveals that Pankaj was responsible for Shakuntala’s accident, claiming not even Indu could save her. Overcome with fear, Zoon breaks down, crying and calling out for Indu. Paralyzed with terror, she ends up urinating on herself. Seeing this, Kaamna disgustedly insults her, while both Kaamna and Pankaj harshly scold the terrified child.
Zoon desperately calls out for Indu, who rushes into the room and is horrified by her daughter’s condition. She immediately hugs Zoon, comforting her and gently reassuring her that accidents happen and there is nothing to be ashamed of.
Clinging to Indu, Zoon begs to go home. Pankaj questions Indu about her frequent visits to their house. Kaamna cruelly insults both Indu and Zoon, mocking them as Ritesh’s charity case and accusing Indu of using Zoon to get closer to Ritesh. Indu sternly warns Kaamna, but before she can respond further, Zoon breaks down again, pleading to leave because she is terrified. Indu immediately carries Zoon outside.
After they leave, Pankaj warns Kaamna to be more careful and ensure no one overhears them next time, or they could land in serious trouble. Alone, Kaamna mutters that she must act quickly before Ritesh learns the truth from Zoon.
Downstairs, Indu anxiously questions Zoon about what happened, but Zoon refuses to say anything and repeatedly asks to go home. The security guard appears, and Indu asks her what took place upstairs. Recalling Kaamna’s threats, the guard lies and claims nothing happened, informing Indu that the auto is waiting. Confused but worried about Zoon, Indu leaves.
Elsewhere, Kadambari drinks alcohol while recalling her unexpected encounter with Indu. She reflects that she never imagined their paths would cross again and silently hopes Indu does not recognize her in the future. Determined, Kadambari resolves not to risk her reputation or career at any cost.
Concerned by Zoon’s worsening condition, Indu urges the auto driver to hurry. She soon realizes Zoon has developed a high fever and immediately calls Vivek. At the hospital, Rahul tries to calm Ritesh, assuring him that the doctor is reviewing Shakuntala’s reports and everything should be fine. Kaamna and Pankaj arrive, with Pankaj asking about Shakuntala’s condition. Ritesh coldly ignores him, prompting Pankaj to question Rahul, who explains the reports are still being checked.
The doctor soon informs Ritesh that Shakuntala’s reports are normal, bringing him relief. However, moments later, her condition suddenly deteriorates. The doctor administers an injection, and Shakuntala regains consciousness but remains unresponsive. The doctor warns Ritesh that she may be suffering from an internal injury, which could prove dangerous.
Meanwhile, Indu and Vivek return home. Indu is convinced something traumatic happened to Zoon, which caused her fever. Vivek reminds her that the doctor advised not to question Zoon for now. As they enter their building, Indu is shocked to see Satish waiting. She sends Vivek inside with Zoon. Satish demands his money, and Indu pleads for more time. He coldly gives her until the next evening and leaves, ignoring her desperate requests.
Back at the hospital, Ritesh whispers something to Shakuntala, after which she begins to respond. The doctor reassures everyone that her condition has stabilized.
Later, Vivaan and Sameer head home. Sameer expresses frustration over being treated like Ritesh’s employee, but Vivaan encourages him to stay positive. Suddenly, Vivek calls Indu, informing her that Zoon’s condition is worsening. Indu rushes to her daughter and is devastated to see her state. In her semi-consciousness, Zoon murmurs that she will not tell anyone anything and begs not to be killed.
Realizing Zoon’s fever has spiked again, Vivek rushes to call the doctor. Furious and heartbroken, Indu tells Rajendra that she is now certain Kaamna is responsible for her daughter’s condition. She vows that if her suspicions are confirmed, she will never forgive Kaamna for traumatizing Zoon.
