Meanwhile, Zoon Raina tells Indu Raina that she wants to try chikoo ice cream. Indu laughs, thinking Zoon was avoiding her. When the phone rings, Indu Raina answers and is shocked to hear Ritesh Malhotra’s voice.
At the hospital, the doctor informs Rajendra Raina that he has a hairline fracture and prescribes painkillers. Rajendra thanks Ritesh Malhotra for bringing him in. Sunita Raina celebrates Asha Raina’s new job. Vivek Raina checks on everyone, and his mother questions if Indu Raina’s marriage is fixed.
Indu Raina asks Rajendra Raina about his condition. Rajendra explains the accident on SJ Road caused the injury, not Ritesh Malhotra’s car. When the doorbell rings, Indu Raina opens it, expecting it might be Ritesh Malhotra, and accidentally closes the door on him. Sunita Raina intervenes, apologizes, and invites Ritesh Malhotra in to meet Zoon Raina and Indu Raina. Asha Raina is astonished, while Zoon Raina excitedly runs to Ritesh Malhotra, who bends to hug her.
